We stayed for two days. We'd read good reviews and not so good reviews. The truth q was fine for the price it is.
Breakfast has no fruits or cold cuts but not bad. The area is comfortable and the parking is inside the hotel.

Very nice hotel for adults only. Excellent hydro massage for two. I do not put 5 stars because it lacks frigobar in the room and had some details like the door handle window to the broken balcony.

The location is excellent. Not suitable for people with disabilities, no access, no breakfast service to the room. Lots of stairs. They stole some small things that can be imperceptible, like locks and a little perfume.

Excellent industrial ambience, takes you to Boston, Chicago or New York, former unbeatable hotel location in the Spanish restaurant area! Opposite the subway, Pacastora style Avda, I recommend.

Very bad! No hygiene, with leaks from superior baths! The stay at the hotel was a very bad experience. The attention was bad from the first moment. The breakfast was bad too. The hygiene, fundamental in any hotel, was non-existent, we found even fingernails on the bed. But the worst came on the last night of stay, when returning to the hotel during the late afternoon we find all our belongings wet, result of a water leak coming from the bathroom in the room above. It was an unpleasant and traumatic experience as it ruined the supposed break that supposes a long weekend. All our clothes were ruined and the receptionist, only representative of the hotel present with whom we could speak, we lacked the respect and minimized the gravity of the situation. He did not allow us to communicate with anyone else at the hotel, he did not apologize at any time, nor proposed any viable solution. For this reason, we recommend not attending this hotel.

The rooms don't have lockers and the bathrooms are quite small. The breakfast is ok for Argentinean​ standards. The orange juice is not fresh and they don't offer any kind of fresh fruits.

Excellent atmosphere, building restored with good taste. Executive Suite very comfortable.

It is an old hotel… Lacked a bit of cleaning on the balcony and light the other way the room. But otherwise, excellent. Recommended.

As far as the rooms are excellent. They propose a different and nice place to rest. This time I put 3 stars because we had a mishap with one of the serene that made a bad time to my friend.

It is a good choice for the central location in relation to the price. Reservations are made in a simple way without making deposits. The beds are comfortable and the hotel has an old-fashioned museum-like ambience. Very rich the coffee available at breakfast. The only criticism is the distant attention (detail to be improved). I would always go back to the Fresqué.

What a fabulous hotel! It is a newly renovated old hotel that has kept the structure but reworked the interior in a striking way. Rooms are spacious because they have lofts. Most have lovely views onto one or both of two of Buenos Aires' most delightful and important avenues. The hotel also has plenty of public space around the lobby, including an area with sofas and computers available (useful if you want a keyboard or monitor bigger than your phone's). Breakfast is very good and is half a flight down from the lobby in a welcoming open space that guests can use at other times to eat food brought in from elsewhere or to chat or play cards or games. Finally, the hotel is also a museum, with period antiques throughout and the entire basement dedicated to "archaeological" finds made during renovations. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and more helpful. We returned to find a fairly valuable earring on a pillow on the bed. The staff had unearthed it making the bed. And, of course, you couldn't ask for a better location. A metro (the system is called "Subte, " for subterranean, in BA) station entrance is immediately outside the front door to the hotel — — a stone's throw for a two year old away. The only downsides to consider are: 1) Having to walk up a staircase to get to the bedroom and, sometimes, bathroom; and 2) Even with two sets of windows, the rooms that have a view on 9 Julio are characterized by fairly steady — — if muted — — noise from crowds and cars.

This hotel features a retro ambience. The price is reasonable and the room is commensurate to the price. Breakfast is included and is so-so. The entrance of the hotel is small and on the side street with stairs to go up.

The hotel la fresque has a great location, but the organization is good, clean, not scored well in my reservation and left me without a room at 2am with a toddler and a 1 degree temperature, no one is in charge and not even apologize. I'm not coming back nor crazy anymore.

It is a nice place to go alone, in couple or in family. Fits all the options. It has an excellent location, very good service and attention. A fact not least of which is the garage and the comfort. Excellent price-quality relationship.

The good: the attention of The staff very good. The hotel is old, if you like this style of hotels are going to go very well, there are ancient objects from all sides are going to admire the architecture, staircases from antique wood. Etc. The location is spectacular. The bad thing is what there is a lot of dust, I think that is own of the floors and walls of the time. The rooms have the bed on the second floor and the bathroom downstairs which generates a bit of discomfort but it stands. There are rooms of a floor, you should ask.

The building is beautiful, the right service, the room we had was very nice and comfortable, the best location!

Booked with booking is just fine. Returned after the trip to Patagonia with booking on site. The rooms on road noisy internal ones better. Great location for sightseeing.
