Rooms are clean, and comfortable; however with noisy air conditioning, and a bit dated facilities. Wi-Fi is decently fast, and the breakfast is basic, but good.

Excellent atmosphere and attention. Large and renovated pool. Jacuzzi well located. Sauna with an excellent view of the city. High quality rooms and beds. Breakfast of great variety. Highly recommended Club rooms. It's worth paying the difference.

I didn't stay, I just went for coffee for a work meeting. Typical Sheraton bar, and very mediocre service. I had to ask them to make me coffee again because the one they brought me was washed and burned. They don't strive for attention. They're just pretending to. The rest you would expect from a Sheraton, modern, glazed, etc.

Nice Hotel located in the heart of Buenos Aires. It Has a varied possibility of comfortable lounges for events. They Should improve attention and cleanliness.

It is a top quality place which parking under its economic floor and also Wi-Fi and very good disposition of the attending agent, has a conference room for 350 people carpeted and very cozy…

I was at an event held for 3 days in several of the halls and auditoriums. It's all I saw from the hotel, in addition to the lobby. I thought it was very good.

Nice hotel with all the admenities. Staff is helpful and bilingual (at least), but the elevators are fairly slow in arriving but the ride are relatively quick.

The rooms were okay. I didn't like it as much as the San Martin one. The breakfast was good and the amenities are nice (closed pool). The best part is the location, with several venues nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

Former Kempinsky Hotel. Old building, however Sheraton makes a good job, and the Hotel it is in a very convenient location. For both business or tourist visitors.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. The area of the pool is roofed and heated, the Q allows to use it at any time of the year. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located in the corner of Cordoba and Maipu, just a few blocks away from two subway stations and one bloxk away from Florida Street and Galeria Pacifico. The attention from the staff was very good. The room service food was good and the portions adecuate.

Classical Sheraton hotel with comfortable rooms. Service is just fine if you don't ask for something that is a bit more "complicated" as exchanging a higher value ballot.

I went to the shopping arcade. Expensive. But I bought a blouse hermooosa and not very expensive. Beautiful swimming pool on the terrace.

This hotel has only one advantage: it is remarkably located at the center of everything that is worth seeing in BA
On the other hand it is very average in terms of service, Wi-Fi does not work very well, reactions are slow.
In addition the soundproofing of the windows is not perfect so quite noisy.

Good meals, comfortable rooms getting a bit old, helpful staff. Stayed in 3 rooms over 3 weeks, some variation in standard of room.

We went only to have tea at the bar of the hotel, they have a single service of Te already armed, which is quite simple but it is rich and, it is worth mentioning, quite economic. I emphasized the quality of the jams, although everything was of good quality. The staff were very helpful and helpful. A nice place to stop for a drink while you walk around the city.

Nice staff but one of the worst Sheraton I've ever been to. SPG elite recognition won't help too much. Even after an upgrade to a Sheraton Club level room, you get an old and small tv, a too soft mattress, an air conditioner that struggles to beat the heat of the summer, a door uncapable of isolating the external noises and a bathroom with the smallest bath ever seen. The breakfast is okay. The pool, located in the rooftop is too small for serious swimming and the gym is too bad. One of the treadmills was out of service. I tried to run on the 2 others and the belt was dangerously loosen on both. Unfortunately, despite the nice staff, I can't recommend this hotel.

It is a hotel with several very good restaurants with great variety of meals and excellent care. Very sought after by tourists.

Old, dilapidated property. Bed was slanted. Took a long time to check in. Why take reservations if you have to hand jam all of the info back in at check in?

Surprised is a good adjective to qualify the restaurant of the Sheraton Libertador. Pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the service and the result of the dishes consumed tasty and in balanced Quantity. Excellent price/product ratio…

Excellent service; luxurious; if the hotel has nothing that makes you stand out over others in the same category, is one of the best options for foreigners who want to be close to everything in Buenos Aires.

It's a classic in the Porteño center. The attention is good and the organization of events is Impeccable. The halls are very good. The dining room is excellent and the lunch is ideal, quiet, Rich.

Simply does not worth what it costs. Stayed for 9 days and had issues like broken lift (all 3) and TV signal off. The infrastructure is as old as the building construction. Need to be renewed.

The staff were very friendly and pesimo. Comfortable rooms and very good pool aunq without maintenance, the hydro of the pool did not work, it was a mini swamp of hot and murky water.

The hotel was planned as a stopover from Frankfurt for an Antarctica Cruise in February 2017. However, we had to change the cruise to the next available which is only in January 2018 due to the sudden death of my young sister. Celebrity Cruises and Lufthansa Airlines were extremely accommodating and sympathetic and we were able to change all our bookings to January next year without any additional costs. To my dismay ONLY THIS HOTEL did not seem to understand our situation and only finally offered to postpone our stay until June 2017 latest. This does not help us at all as the Antarctica Cruises are only performed during the winter season. The style and customer service of this hotel deserve only a negative rating. I would therefore not recommend it.

Excellent secure location, clean rooms, to Sheraton Standard… but expensive: Be careful with hidden charges — I booked online on Sheraton's website but they charged my card beforehand although I specified that I wanted to pay in pesos. Good starting place but be prepared for the bill.

I asked for a Manager and could never get one. Said he was to busy. The first 2 nights our A/C did not work. Came back 4 days later to wait for a cruise and PAID for the Club Extra service for $50 a night more over an above the high rate. Got there and they were Renovating it. So they put the Club room and treats in a CLOSET. NO WINDOWS AND dark room. I complained and they say OH well we are Renovating… I said, AT my Dollar and cost to me. Manager Kanala was never available… POOR MANAGEMENT. Does need work and how to give better service. Not acceptable that he can never come and speak to a client that stayed at his hotel for 5 days and paid for club service.

My experience wasn't the best. First of all, My room: The Mattress was old and had a big hole and I did not sleep well, I couldn't regulate the shower well, and the Knob for switching from Shower to bath didn't work. I asked to be changed rooms and they told me they didn't have any available rooms… Which I am sure they did but they didn't want to have to give me an upgrade. They sent a technician to try and fix the shower problem but he told me it couldn't be fixed. Now, the Wi-Fi, its terrible, I could not get work done because the connection was bad, I rang for help and the lady told me if you have a problem come to reception don't ring us. Well and the last part that it wasn't the hotels fault, Chinese tourist coming back from a bar drunk, shouting at 1am… Never again Sheraton.

Very good hotel, all staff very friendly, the facilities are excellent and the breakfasts are very good.

Standard hotel. Elevators take forever! Wifi is hit or miss. Great convenient location though and the employees are friendly. No big complaints would return.

This hotel was amazing. Having just stayed at another hotel in Buenos Aires, we were hesitant about switching but Sheraton was friendly, helpful, and completely full service in a busy downtown area. The staff worked with our every request and never once made us feel unwelcome. Even the complimentary breakfast was a delight and felt a touch above any other hotel. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Buenos Aires.

All spectacular, very comfortable bed. The only to call attention is in the lobby a plug on the floor q has no plastic contour and in addition, one guards from the outlet itself, this broken which in future could be dangerous, that any child, for example, will shock the fingers.

Service was good, conference room and service was excellent. Room is very good.

The rug in the room seems a little old, and the wallpaper is curling and coming off by the window. Work desk has a glass that's pretty dusty both on top and underneath (how dust gets underneath is still a mystery). This is one of those hotels that still charges for Wi-Fi (about $13/day), however it's free in the lobby. I was able to latch on to someone's Wi-Fi for free by working near the window. Not impressed.

My first impression of the hotel was pretty good. It's pretty clean, the staff seems OK so I was generally happy. Later in my stay, I tried to pay a cabbie with change I got from the hotel front desk. It turns out that I got some counterfeit Argentinean pesos. I returned to the hotel to inform them they accidentally gave me some counterfeit money and they placed the blame on me! I made it very clear that all the money in my wallet was change I received from the hotel, but the front desk clerk and *two* of his management chain came by and ensured me that it was "impossible" that any money from them was counterfeit. The staff was really unpleasant to me, kept blaming me for accepting counterfeit money and refused to do anything to make things better. All for 10 pesos, or around 3 US dollars! Anyway, this is hands-down the least hospitable hotel I've ever visited and I recommend staying elsewhere.
