Excellent service and facilities. Good cost-benefit ratio. Excellent breakfast, very complete. A gym pool and a spa are available for guests. Very good service and service.

Old conference rooms; problems with the mic; but tasty food. Only participated in a conference hence cannot talk about the rooms.

Hotel is 4 stars, a bit old, just a little bit, but have comfy rooms, breakfast included and best of it, tempered pool; medium to big sized, dry sauna, jacuzzi and massage service, also a well equipped gym, to wrap it up, and excellent place to unwind yourself. Did I mention it's located side of principal Avenue 9 de Julio? Well, it's close to everything.

Very good hotel. Uncomfortable the disposition to have breakfast, very together the tables and the chairs, difficult to be able to get up to be served. Cleanliness and quality care.

Very good! Great staff! I liked the rooms. The only thing I have to remark is that the first day we come down to breakfast there was a variety of cold cuts and sandwiches… that was only that day… the next three fairly normal breakfast and there was no more variety of cold cuts and sandwiches… that wasn't right.

Welcome and room service to improve but the advantage is that one is not far from tourist sites such Recoleta, the theater, the library atena.

I was there for a meeting in one of the conference rooms. You have carelessness in the details that do not match the general image you want to show. Considering that it is one of the most central hotels in the capital I find that its services are used only by the location and they stayed with that, without aspiring to more.

Comfortable rooms, excellent service and breakfast, and amazing pool. A good roof with tables would be a good improvement to enjoy the view.

All excellent. Bright, beautiful and comfortable. The only deplorable thing is the attention at the SPA. The. Manager boy is only attentive on his cell phone to the series he is watching. It doesn't explain anything, and it's even rude.

The best the pool. The hotel itself in the relation price quality did not seem to be remembered. The super small garage even for a medium car, we arrived and parked and no one helped us to lower our suitcases.

Very good hotel for a romantic late-night couple. Massages, champagne, dinner with very few people because they divide in schedules. The staff is excellent. Unforgettable.

The hotel is very expensive for what it includes. The pool is very nice but would lack one outdoors. The spa is very expensive and the employees do not respect the schedules previously agreed on the reservations. The food of the hotel is very expensive, it is preferable to eat outside. Drinks are so rich. The service to the room was very attentive, varied and fast. The facilities of the hotel are very old. In our room there were walls with humidity, a very old air conditioner, and the TV did not work well. However the location is excellent and the view too.

Great location. Rooms clean but basic. Single room with kingish bed, and small desk. No office chair but standard straight back chair that is not ideal for working. Breakfast buffet was good although some items not as hot as they should have been. Eggs are a hit or miss. Bartenders are awesome with a good selection of local beer, wine, and spirits. Room service is not too expensive if needed but there are plenty of places for lunch and dinner within a few blocks. Plenty of English speaking staff that were helpful.

Excellent room! One small detail: The bathroom mirror was resting on the hair dryer and when I run it with the mirror in my hand, almost dropped and break (was badly screwed, perhaps if it was a creature could get hurt) … the pool sector very nice Although it was quite hot the atmosphere and if there are a lot of people you don't have place to sit… The breakfast was good interventionist.

Location is good near the Obelisk. Room is fine. Breakfast is slightly expensive for what it offers. Experience was good overall.

Excellent hotel category, it is stylish, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cable TV and Wi-Fi; they offer an american breakfast menu with many options. The attention of the staff is second to none. There is a swimming pool and spa. Very good location a few meters from the Colon Theatre and the pedestrian shopping Florida.
