Two elevators for 14 floors. The stairs are badly lit. So getting out of the room took 30 minutes, especially during breakfast hours. The water from the yacuzzi was very dirty, as were the Scottish showers.
Then quite well everything.

The hotel itself is beautiful and offers many activities to do. It is unfortunate that the employees do not live up to the hotel. They had problems with the credit card to which they had no answer, no one knew anything and we had to go to the bank to find out what was going on. Normal food but they take a long time in everything. If they could speed things up and take care of more guests it would be a great hotel.

Great location, but it lacks maintenance. It'd be great if they updated the building a bit specially the bathrooms.

Good Hotel with a good breakfast but with low quality products. The Ham was of very poor quality, the coffee washed and the portions of desserts were tiny. The bedroom was neat and with space but the mattress was defeated and the window was more a vñbanderola than window. The view is the one in Buenos Aires, overlooking the street and other buildings. Staff are friendly and responsive to orders.

The room was not the one we had booked, it was much smaller, it did not work one of the two saunas, and only 4 people entered, the Scottish shower was a joke and the sink besides the water just warm (towards cold), also to cold link resting area. We hired the service for the spa and it was disastrous.

Bad! No Costumo do reviews, but this hotel and the staff deserve it! Let's start with the merits: none! We go to the flaws: dirty, rude staff, rooms with bad view, baths ugly and small, breakfast more or less and the spa not even comment! A pension of the years 60 in Rimini certainly is better!

We had a bad experience. The room with a lot of smell of humidity and sewer. Bathroom impossible to smell of sewer. Not four stars at all. The pictures are misleading. The mosquito-filled room, which is also annoying, is dangerous for dengue. A shame, we came to enjoy a few days with my children and it was not even satisfactory the stay at the hotel.

The bed and room very comfortable. The amenities themselves left a lot to be desired. Soap and shampoo dispenser. It doesn't look like 4 stars for that detail.

The best of the place is the location, this comfortable and very well located, the breakfast is quite well, my stay was short but never came to clean my room, the truth q that I did not like much…

Not bad. To spend a few days relaxed. The facilities are a little sloppy but nothing serious. Very clean and the staff excellent.

One evening I dined in the restaurant inside: very reduced menu in choice, but I ate well.
Unfortunately, as often happens in Buenos Aires, there is no attention to maintenance, and this is the main reason for my 3 stars. On my arrival in the room the Wi-Fi line was not usable, the main lamp had the bulb burnt and the TV remote was not working. Having reported the problem of Wi-Fi, it promptly intervened a nice and efficient technician who installed a router Wi-Fi in the room and also solved the change of lamp and change remote control. But the question I'm asking is… why wait for customer complaints? (And anyway only later I noticed also a bedside lamp with electric wire that makes bad contact with the switch…) — it would be enough to ask the cleaning staff to keep everything under control and intervene before the customer arrives…
But in total I was fine, I'll probably be back;-)

Very good service. I recommend the Hotel restaurant "Citrine" they serve very good dishes, and at good prices. Excellent care of the waiter.

We had a one night stay and they gave us a courtesy suite. The room was quite large and bright, very nice. Everything was very clean and we had no downside, it is more we did not work the volume of the TV and came quickly to fix it. The only bad thing is that the pool and spa have to be used in turn, but the rest were very agreeable! Surely we'll be back another time.

It's not a 4-star hotel. But very good attention and the room that we touched pretty well inside of everything. Except for the ugly smell in the bathroom and the towels stained, not dirty, "soiled spots". We don't use the SPA. Regular breakfast. I was charged twice but then it was fixed.

Very bad experience. I had been there and I came back but there is a huge deterioration. Even a lot of people complained about the poverty of breakfast. In 4 days no one concurred to make the room despite Q we asked. No one made the bed or the bathroom; They just came to bring you towels if you called! Huge bottles of shampoo Q who knows how much they change. Horrible.

Very good food and attention which while not plentiful on its executive menu, is enough for noon. Very rich and tasty. Nice and quiet.

The Hotel Lindo. The restaurant rich with much delay (they were 3 tables occupied and took 1 hour to serve) as the pool is small has room for an hour and a half maximum x day x bedroom!

Excellent breakfast service, heated pool very enjoyable, the only showers in this pool lose all the water and it becomes impossible to change game.

Older hotel, good location. Friendly staff, but most speak little or no English. Elevators slow as molasses! I liked the included buffet breakfast, but my wife did not.

Their policy is witholding an extra 200+euros from your account without your permission (and without explanation) after paying in full for your bills. Its over a week now and I'm still trying to recover the extra money they took. Very poor even in a 3rd world country. I dont recommend it, unless you want them to gamble with your money and your credit card details. Reception is friendly though, I think it's the fault of administration.

Disillusioned. Room on the top floor was small and poorly organized, the bathroom although clean needs a renovation. The swimming pool and Spa opens at 10 am, but until 11 o'clock, 30 there was no staff for delivery of towels and bathrobes, and we could not use the sauna, the jacuzzi, dirty, breakfast is another issue, the place is small with the number of guests and it is difficult to be able to have breakfast quiet. It is the worst hotel I went in my life. The air conditioning was not the dw box security nor dirt was very striking. Estodo a shame.

Possibly the worst hotel I visited in Argentina. It is older than the Sun, is old and left. In the only lifts 3 people come and go very wrong. Also in the room heard the elevator a lot, or you wear ear plugs or no rest. In rooms doesn't the water pressure, but literally just a wire comes out and they are tiny. We asked over a double, and they gave us a furnished as an individual. It took 2 days to heed our requests and put blankets and bathroom for 2 kitchenware. Unacceptable.
