Excellent facilities and very good attention!

Excellent location, very good breakfast, good service, we had a great time.

The room was ok. The breakfast was very good! We had an inconvenience with the light throughout the building for over 3 hours! And no one gave an explanation or an apology. Please note that the rooms do NOT have an emergency light.

The employees are very good!

The dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed in my life. I would not recommend to anyone this hotel. Trust me the hotel is very dirty. I went with my wife and my brother and his wife, in my brother's room had a floss on the nightstand. The bathroom is a disaster, if your bath is not quick the bathroom will be flooded. The only good point of the hotel is the location and jonatan very helpful and polite guy.

Maintenance lacked as I have gone in previous years and I have noticed deterioration.
Anyway I think the value for money is good. And you could have a couple of comfortable nights if you go for a walk in good Aires. Breakfast was good and nothing else. It's always in my options when it comes to staying on those sides.

Great location, 50m from the mouth of the subway C, and two blocks from the obelisk, has many restaurants and theatres nearby.
The destination is very complete, and everything is very rich.
The elevators work very fast.
We had some reviews with housekeeping, but they sorted it out immediately.
The hotel is very good although it has some maintenance details.

It is a very well located hotel. It is in Avenida Roque Sáenz Peña 890, very close to the obelisk. At night it is not a busy area but by day if. The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but I don't think this updated the rating. The room is nice, it's clean but it's small and it has older LCD TVs and barely runs the remote control. It has a bar/restaurant on the first floor. There they serve breakfast which is regular.

Excelente custo benefício. Quarto limpos, boa localização e café agradável. Não é luxuoso, se procura algo mais sofisticado este não é o hotel, mas se procura um hotel confortável é bem posicionado este é o hotel.

Great location, good service, good water pressure in the shower the only bad thing is that the screen does not cover well the side of the shower and is splashed out. The Internet is very good. The last day I stopped working the safe in the room. Very good attention.

Good hotel. It has good rooms but the Roque Sáenz Peña is quite noisy at night. Ask for a room without a view to the street even if you miss the beautiful view with the obelisk on the left.

Regularly, the better the view. After, breakfast is not what q shows the page, regular cleaning. Friendly staff.

Without spa, I found cockroaches in the room but I changed room… and the breakfast was of very little variety… also the care of the reception very good and friendly.

Beautiful place and the concierges very friendly but I give a star Porq I flooded the room and instead of changing room or look for a solution I brought two towels to put Q on the floor and told me Q do not worry sorry! You use the bathtub and you get water out of the floor! And that Q was a superior.

Unfortunately I have to give a star when I shouldn't give him a single. I was disappointed by this 4 star hotel. Bad access, they don't help you with luggage. The power went out, they went into the personal service room on two occasions. We asked to use the hot tubs and they had them ready. Lousy.

Very well located just a few steps from the obelisk. The facilities are modern and the attention is very good. Recommended to spend a few days in the capital.

I put 3 stars to be generous. Good location. It came very far down the hotel… Normal attention.

We enjoyed the accommodation three nights, good service, very comfortable room, and very friendly and helpful concierges, full breakfast buffet, highly recommended.

With my kids we had excellent. Good breakfast, excellent location and very clean and tidy. It has almost No reception but the attention was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the room (Superior), had balcony to Diagonal north, although as was the conditioner machine was useless…
I have no complaints. Good breakfast, with the necessary variety: yogurt, infusions, juices, fruit salad, breads, Cold cuts, egg, Cakes.
The location is Excellent.

A very good hotel; Strategically located. The staff is very friendly and polite; The best of the hotel next to the breakfasts, which are very abundant and with excellent Quality. It fails a little in the subject cleanliness. But I still recommend.

Please fix the mold issue on the shower and your will be a really nice hotel.

Terrible hotel, the breakfast was below average, the bathroom door in our room doesn't close properly neither does the window or the draw, the walls are dirty the TV only faces 1 of the beds, the bath tub is moldy, we booked an executive triple room with deceiving photos of the shared lounge room on level 1, to learn our room is tiny, not to sure who gave this hotel 4 stars, don't book your hotel here!

Good service. The only issue was the AC power socket because they use a non-common type and they don't have so many adapters available.

It is located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Great breakfast and it is a walking away to the Casa Rosada and the shops.

The reception is small much dependence on the elevator to all.

Don't go to this place. We arrived exhausted after traveling during the night. The booked room was not ready and we had to wait 3 hours in the empty restaurant on the second floor without offering something to eat or even to drink. No help from the hotel-staff with the baggage or any other kind of support. After 3 hours of waiting I forgot my mobile on the restaurant-table and when I came back 30 minutes later, it had disappeared. The (badly) installed security-cams didn't show the table but showed, that only the restaurant-staff was present during the time and no guest had entered the room. Guess who took the mobile! No help from the hotel-manager, who never appeared (during 5 days) to resolve the situation. Only messages at the reception. Absolutely zero support from the hotel. Don't know, where they got the four stars from. A very bad experience! Avoid this place if possible.

This place has bad customer service, bad (or no) food, facilities are bad pictures are clearly staged. The nearby area is dangerous (two of my co-workers were stolen from in a street just a few meters from it, Suipacha). They charged me twice for a whole week, over 600 USD, when I asked to see a statement of account to understand the charges they denied it saying that the person in charge was not around. That pretty much covers it, there other minor details but these major facts make it the worst hotel at which I have stayed. I know hotels, believe me I travel quite often.
