Excellent Place very comfortable good prices.

The worst experience is not a hotel but rather it is a kind of room rental per day, had no hot water, the bathrooms had a smell of pee all the time (not cleaned), did not change the sheets, the room had a smell of humidity, the only thing I rescue is the DESA Gasai.

The owner very good attention but lacks many detail such as TV, air conditioning and a minibar in the rooms the doors are very common ie do not have good lock etc etc etc.

Nice personal boutique hotel with warm atmosphere. Very centrally located, Metro station Venezuela is only 1min away, from there you can quickly find us cheap in every corner of the city. On eating habits, the hostess takes consideration and has many helpful tips for Buenos Aires and Tango.

The worst stay in my life.
The description was inaccurate, it included parking service and was not real.
The bathroom doesn't has door and there was no minimum security elements as fire extinguisher.
Really disappointed.
DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE! The host never returned our money via Airbnb as we didn't stay due the poor conditions of this bad place.

— No hotel — no billing — no taxes because it says that the foreigner doesn't have that duty — no cleaning staff — not enabled — not a safe place, bad electrical installations.

Very nice place to clear a bit of the city, romantic to go with your partner. The family that takes charge the place was very attentive all the time. The pool is beautiful, the decoration of the place too. The only thing to improve, the honeycomb on the grill, would have to find another location to not be in the middle of the people and pile a little cleaner.

High ceilings large doors of thick curtains keep the warmth in winter and freshness in summer.

The hotel is not hotel. Promises pool, 24 hour reception, restaurant, coffee, housekeeping, A/A, minibar in the rooms and comfortable rooms but none of it exists. It's not a boutique hotel. It's more of a pension. Nobody cleans. The mistress is never present. The reception is non existent (you're and they give you a key. Do not ask for ID/passport) and pay do not give you bill (something that is required by law). The place is not enabled (see AFIP) because the electrical installation is bad (we were without light for 3 days because the owner did not wanted to pay an electrician) and there is a rat prowling public spaces. To all this, it is worth mentioning that you cannot sleep as the hotel is precarious and you will hear the fumes from the room next to it. If're looking for an economic telo and nothing safe, this is your place.

Promised onsite parking, but none is available. Most people who pasted through left unhappy. Even allows a large dog to roam the kitchen and steal food from the bench, table, rubbish bin and even to lick the dirty dishes in the dishwasher… disgusting. Promises lots, delivered little. Marcel is the best place you can stay in Buenos Aires. It will make you feel at home immediatly. The food is amazing and the owner will do everything to help you get trough this beautiful city. I will definitely go back again!
