I am staying and the staff leave a lot to be desired, and a shame because they are very rude putting on faces. Not answering. Passing bad information. The heated pool a cold disappointment.

The quality of the attention with the passenger, the predisposition to suggestions for improvements, the additional services they provide and fundamental, is not expensive.

We are very happy and looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel. Both the boys and we have had some wonderful days. We are very grateful for the attention and generosity with which we were cared for; and we liked all the activities. Thank you for everything, and as you said the other day: the important thing is not that we came but that we are going to come back.

Just for the staff I recommend it, it has an extraordinary staff, a very human staff. Both those who worked last year and this year. I come back for the excellent staff q Day by day welcomes us so sweetly mind.

The hotel is nice and comfortable with good attention. It is set in a cinema-themed setting. The breakfast was delicious but lacking variety. We went in winter, the heat a little low and the heated pool nice but almost never available as the water is not hot enough.

Very clean, comfortable, everything works perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A spectacular weekend. Unbeatable. The breakfast was very good. Nothing to criticize. I would stay again.

Very beautiful all, the attention very good and very clean. It was a shame that they have check-in at the hotel, we arrived at 6 in the morning with my partner and we had to wait until 12 noon to enter to the room it was the only thing ugly the rest spectacular.
