Terrible service. They give bad information, do not pay attention to what the guest asks for, asked for a double bed and are put together 2 single beds, courtesy is only for some rooms, plus in pandemic there are no shifts for breakfast buffet for all guests. In some rooms you can feel all the street music.

It started with the remodeling of its facilities
The elevators.
Then all the facilities on the beach that were excellent!
Last year began a work "titanico" with the remodeling of the SPA overlooking the sea. 2nd floor
An external jakuzzi was placed next to the heated pool at 3 P
Changed the magnetic cards to enter the rooms. Infallible

Back then the hotels only worked in the summer.

Tireless workers. They were growing steadily over the years
Located in an emblematic place, Hotel Costa Galana. With a stately and luxurious touch, it is facing Playa Grande.
It was opened in 1995.
Its building, allows us a view that goes from the Port to the descent of Boulevard Maritima A luxury!

Representative mar del plata hotel great service for guest reception, rooms are stylishly furnished but sin to be a bit old and not retro style. Great breakfast with use of great raw material and great service. Good SPA and spa that have just been renovated … Costs a little high! The only drawback was the credit card withdrawal made "by mistake" several times but still not resolved.

Very nice hotel,, the best cleanliness and attention of all the staff. Very good breakfast! Nice and renovated spa, very good outdoor pool! The slack spot is the price! With what comes out you have to pay the garage aside. A massage $1300 approx for 50' I find it expensive.

Excellent hotel. I stayed in a superior room and it really is very comfortable. The bed, pillows and bedding are excellent. Breakfast is very varied, all fresh and delicious and the breakfast room is very nice. It is noteworthy that the option to lunch and dine in the hotel itself, both are equally excellent and with a varied menu for all tastes.

When we arrived they indicated that our room was not ready. After a walk, we came back. We were told that the room was already ready; They gave us the key, we headed for the room. On arrival this was not ready, as the maid was making the bed. We should have waited there until it ended. Then we had several drawbacks with the key and in the afternoon we still did not figurábamos as guests. To culminate at the time of retiring we wanted to make pay for a towels returned. After 20/30 min. They said it was a mistake. To be a 5 star hotel I do not think they deserve more pustaje than 2 (that score only for the good attention of the staff). From 17 to 19 February 2018.

It lacks maintenance. It's very much down here. For U $ D 300 the night in February is not worth it. He's very careless. It's not a hotel for that value. The blanket-coat of the bed remained since they opened it surely!

Good location The 5 stars lie as in all of Argentina that luckily are 3 stars superior. By equipment… Services and maintenance. And also expensive compared to any place in the world… But good is what there is. Very good breakfast.

No doubt the best hotel on the coast of Argentina. The rooms are spacious and meet the indicated stars. Cleanliness, there are no adjectives to describe how good it is. Excellent attention! The halls are very good. I was in a Congress in this place and the truth was a stay more than satisfactory.

As to be 5 stars there are details that should be polished though for all you have if it should be a 5 star hotel.
It took them to enable the room, two more hours of the set time.
The Wi-Fi is cut from time, I do not know the speed or the number of routers so at times it becomes annoying.
As a smoker, I do not like being escondiendomé to smoke a cigar, in that I remove point. Everything else is no problem.

The best of the best, the attention of this hotel is unparalleled, the calls are served instantly, any order is resolved immediately. All of your employees are at the guest's disposal. They are kind, always smiling, from the one who attends to the entrance lowering the luggage, as those who attend the counter to the last employee. It was a very pleasant experience. The tango show at the bar on Saturday night was fantastic. The breakfast was very complete and with a wide range of varieties. The personnel very kind and friendly. The bed was fabulous, very comfortable. I definitely would like to come back.
