Excellent location a range below the Costa Galana and Sheraton (no heated pool) Breakfast with healthy choices negative: + It is impossible to rest with temperature of 27 degrees in the room and with window open! It's a sauna. See photo.
+ The system does not allow you to set thermostat to the temperature you want. In winter only long heat and I assume in summer only cold.
+ Front Desk Solution: Open the window. There was no other, the windows just opened but it was the only way to try to reduce something the temperature at the cost of putting up with the street noises!
+ Front Desk: a disaster. We were offered a room to the lung of the building to have less noise when opening the window. Okay, at least it was something. We had to wait until they cleaned it up, we were moving in at noon. When we came back, they gave it to another guest who did check-in?!?!?
I didn't forget to have plenty of water at hand and earplugs if you choose this hotel.

Elegant Hotel. Very noisy. Their walls look like cardboard. You can hear the elevator noises. Outside and conversations in and out of the rooms. The staff is friendly and good.

Beautiful hotel in Alem, one of the prettiest shopping malls. Two blocks from the beach, Playa Grande and Complejo la Normandína. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Spacious. 'll! Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel several times, I didn't find it as at other times. Although Ediliciamente still has excellent rooms, very comfortable, the electric door was failed. I got up several times to be able to close it, I ended up putting a chair to lock it. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired the coffee was diluted like the juice, the hard croissants. I was very sorry as I had felt very comfortable on other occasions, I will consider other options on my next visit to Mar del Plata.

Very good hotel, with a great location/quality/price ratio. It is located meters from Playa Grande and a few metres from the Alem shopping centre.

For my taste the best thing you have is the location (two blocks from the sea and quick departures for the Lighthouse area) and number of parking lots. Also the attention of the Maestranza people who behaved excellently. Then, in terms of amenities, it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of price and quality against other hotels.
