I am thoroughly enjoying the Villa Kaiae because I love solitude, away from city noises! Villa Kaiae has been perfect spot for me.
One side, I can enjoy view of the Sandy grounds, small colorful boats, a sandy strip of the beach with restaurants;
Completely safe and quite, no noises of neighbours!
Occasional sweet croaking of wild roosters.
I walked in the neighbourhood and found colorful butterflies, many colors!
The other side I can hear the sounds of the ocean waves. The mountains of Sint Maarten are visible, too.
The salt pond is visible and behind it are row of mountains.
Although, I was advised to rent a car but I like slow, solitary walks. The area is very walkable. Anguilla is relatively flat. No sudden elevations. I wish 🙏 roads were better marked but locals are quite helpful with directions and shortcuts.
Aanya is sweet lady, works in healthcare, and very kind, polite!
At my requests and arriving quite late in the day, she got the groceries 🙏 delivered to the kitchen before my arrival. Thank you Anaya!
The Villa is not connected to any busy housing and views are beyond words, and postcard worthy!
Porch: Has a large table and 4 large sofa like huge chairs! I am spending my quite time reading my favorite book.
Bathroom: No smells, clean, several large towels.
Floors: White clean tiles and beautiful decorations, also.
Kitchen: All the gadgets and supplies are present.
