Charming little hotel. Cozy and clean grounds. The girl on reception is very nice and extremely helpful.
Rooms are simple, but spacious with great view of Sandy Ground.

My wife booked a weekend stay for my 50th birthday at the Penthouse at Genesis Residence.

Beautiful accommodation. I stayed in the penthouse. Bedrooms a spacious and has lots of space. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. Location has a pool and hot tub. Perfect stay for family vacation.

Best place ever. Quietly away from the noise and located in Sandy Grounds. Who needs 5 star hotel when you have this hidden treasure. Thank you Ann and thanks for bringing Layla ❤️

We were so lucky to find Edward’s Inn! The location is superb, right across from the beach. The hosts are welcoming and kind, always available if we need something.

Upon arrival at our villas, we were greeted by the staff and given a tour of each villa. The villas are gorgeous. We completed a shopping list before our arrival.

Very clean, excellent decor, great up-keeping of the property.

Villa Anguillitta.
It was our 15-year anniversary, and we could not be happier with our choice. We have stayed in Anguilla 7 times before but this by far was our favorite.

Wonderful friendly and welcoming bar, right on the beach and overlooking a peaceful part of the sea. The place is pretty tiny, with a handful of seats around the bar and a few tables elsewhere.

Great spot right on the beach. Good food and beers and great live Music on Friday afternoon.
