Wifi non existing at room 118, other rooms bearable but far away from good. Reception called with no feedback or repair. It takes at least half an hour for check every single time, even if there is no other guests waiting at the reception.
All under one roof… nice rooms, delicious food, polite and helpful staff, art, spa, tennis court, swimming pool, garden, gym and bar at great connectivity.
Room charges are reasonable which will include a swimming pool, gym and access to the tennis court. Spa and bar are paid at actual and not included in the booking. Various artefacts are available for purchase including paintings. Ample space for sitting indoors as well as in the garden.
The rooms are nice, clean and modern. Rooms have a water kettle, small refrigerator and TV unit. Rooms are air conditioned. Clean and tidy room, good room service. Also food is delivered in the room. The restaurant serves delicious food and the charges are reasonable. Food preparation is tasty and fresh. The staff is polite and helpful.
It is located close to the airport and offers great connectivity in terms of transportation. Wifi is available in all rooms as well as in the corridor and at the reception area.
At the basketball court, renting of equipment and gears is possible at he shop available there.
Rooms: clean, tidy, modern and large.
Food: delicious with decent options.
Staff: helpful and polite.
Gym: small gym with basic equipment.
Basketball court: good condition (carry Owen equipment or rent at the shop there)
Bar: decent options of liquor.

The hotel is located in a good and prime area. Staff was welcoming and rooms are well furnished. They can do better by providing more options for breakfast.
Our stay could have been better but was marred by various embarrassing moments where I was charged about $60, because they claimed I burned a blanket. Truth is that the iron didn't show any sign of a tear but just iron marks. Along with other embarrassing moments I'm not sure I'd be coming to this place again.
