Rooms are in horrible conditions. We were given a room with no air conditioning. We requested a new room and they still moved us to a room with no air conditioning.
The Wi-Fi does not work. The room had a TV that also didn’t work. For the amount of money paid for a night. The quality is really poor. I would not recommend it to anyone. My friend who was the bride and myself did not have a good experience.
A good choice for a four star hotel in Luanda. Next to the Presidente, much cheaper, but similar standards. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
