We are regular visitors of Le Petite Choux, Intercontinental. What an amazing experience we have each and every time. Maria Cawaia and Louisa Vicente deliver a 5 star customer experience each and every time. We are made to feel at ease, welcome and no request is ever too much!
The premises are clean and inviting with a classic decor. It is also a calm and relaxing environment for our 8 month old and there are baby changing facilities which is bonus.
If you are ever passing through Luanda, Le Petite Choux is a must for a coffee and spot of lunch.

We had the Sunday brunch here. An amazing view and the food was very nice and lots of variety. The service was friendly however even though there were a lot of people only a few were doing the serving. Some others, in different uniforms were just overseeing but not really doing anything in my opinion. The service was very slow because of that. There weren't enough people serving for the demands. Shame because we paid around €55 per person for the brunch without drinks (only water, coffee and tea included).

The hotel has a wonderful architechture, a great lobby with a beautiful Christmas decoration. But that's all worth nothing if you can't sleep. During my 3 day stay, on 2 nights there were parties on the 24th floor, extremely loud till after 3 in the morning. The music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

Went for the Sunday lunch and it was a great experience. There was something for everyone with every kind of taste to eat. Kids were free to play around and loved it.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful hotel for two nights.
The bed was just the right firmness (very comfortable), great amenities, but the highlight of my stay was the level of hospitality shown by Raul Contreiras which was very heartfelt and sincere. Raul was absolutely professional, sweet, and genuine, that although our interaction was very short, it left a lasting impression.
Only wish there was an option to add a tip on the bill since it doesn’t always happen that I carry cash, and especially at times like this, I’d very much like to show my token of appreciation for such outstanding hospitality.

Wonderful hotel with a terrible A/C that you can't diminish, switch off, regulate, nothing. Always the same — too cold — temperature and the too high fan. After 2 days of conference you want to get out of this cage and feel the normal temperature.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet. The views from my room was really nice. The pool area is great, water is warm, music is fantastic…. Such a pleasant stay overall.

Great location and views in Luanda. Hope all city turns like that sooner than later. Great inner designs, spacious rooms. The overall atmopshere is some what coldish and corporate however very good for venue for large gatherings. And yet:
* bathroom floor was dirty between the tiles,
* bathtub is opposite from shower and does not have a shower head.
* lots of paper used in single use items = very ungreen.
* breakfast quality and service is way worse than Epic Sana, although other food locations inside are very good.

The hotel’s architecture and interior design are remarkable — a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and style. The rooms are beautifully finished, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both elegance and tranquility.
The culinary experience was beyond exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options, while the dinner buffet was truly a highlight — every dish was flavorful and expertly prepared. The dessert presentation and taste were simply outstanding, turning every meal into an experience to remember.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its impeccable service. Every staff member was courteous and attentive, but I must extend special appreciation to Antonica, the host. Her professionalism, genuine kindness, and warm smile elevated the entire experience. She truly embodies the spirit of world-class hospitality.

I’ve been flying for over 18 years and stayed in hotels all over Africa and beyond — but InterContinental Luanda honestly blew me away. The moment I walked in, I could tell this place was something special.
The architecture, room design, and finishing are top class — spacious, elegant, and modern with amazing attention to detail. Everything just feels right.
Now, the restaurant… wow! The breakfast buffet was incredible, and the dinner buffet was on another level. The food was so good I kept eating even after I was full 😂. The dessert section alone is worth a visit — not only delicious but beautifully presented.
What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the service. Everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. I especially want to thank Antonica, the host — she’s a gem! Her smile, politeness, and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome.

I stayed at InterContinental Luanda from 24 to 28 September, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel facilities are excellent — modern, clean, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the high standards of safety and security, which made my stay very comfortable and worry-free.
There are also great restaurants within the hotel offering a variety of delicious cuisines and a high level of service. The staff are professional, courteous, and always ready to help.
Overall, it’s one of the best places to stay in Luanda — combining comfort, safety, and top-quality hospitality. I would definitely choose InterContinental Luanda again on my next visit.

I’ve spent 2 weeks here at the InterContinental and the service has been great! The staff is friendly and attentive. Before going to work every morning I stop and have coffee at Choux — the downstairs restaurant. Servers Jessica Job, Luzia Silva, Erica Manuel and Benildo were welcoming and ensured I had all I needed before heading off to work.
