Very nice hotel very welcoming nothing to say super nice.

El spa es muy sencillo apenas tiene 2 jacuzzi y 2 saunas (seca y húmeda), la habitación es acogedora pero ponía que tenía bañera y nos dieron una con plato de ducha y el balcón es muy pequeño. Tampoco te explican que la nevera has de pedirla expresamente sino no puedes hacer uso de ella.

Goods in transit with motorcycles and have remained very enthusiastic about the hotel, motorbike can be parked in the underground car park at no extra cost, so only recommended.

Amazing hotel to spend a holiday in Andorra. It is a bit far from Andorra la Bella, about 20 minutes by car. But this very gives incredible peace of mind.

I really liked this hotel. Located in a quiet and accessible place. You have direct access to the funicular of the ski slopes thanks to an excellent transport service. At least our room had a lounge and even a mini kitchen (you pay supplement for its use). The bathroom and the lounge very well (some hanger for the jackets would be fine). The room was small but the bed comfortable and the closet enough. Breakfast is pretty good but if you slow down you will be missing things. The Wi-Fi good and free, the SPA very complete, the lockers for the skis and the boots very well the best the friendliness of the workers.

Hotel located a little outside of Canillo 15 m walk from the city center and 5 m away with the hotel shuttle available from 9am to 5pm whenever you wish. Suite for 2 people of 30m2 very clean but problem with the pipes in the bathroom (smell of sewer). Breakfast with the essentials (sweet/savoury, squeezed orange juice extra. : €3). Staff were very helpful and friendly. They speak French. Covered parking for 10 €/night. No restaurant. Nice view from the suite to the 2nd. Quiet hotel.

Great hotel for those who came to ski. The rooms are spacious: Living + dining room, bedroom is in a separate room. The staff is polite, the atmosphere in the hotel is homey. Breakfast is good: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, cheese, yogurts, milk, coffee, cocoa, pastries, cornflakes, fruit, juices-all tasty and fresh. There is a free shuttle service to the lift, which is a 3-minute walk away. Walk to walk 10-15 minutes. There is a small spa area, which is included in the Price: 2 Jacuzzis (1 is indoors, another-on the street) there is a sauna and hammam. There is no restaurant as such, but it is possible to order pizza for 8 euros (not tried). Parking on the street (own) free, covered-9 euro per day. There are no slippers in the room. Take your own. The bathrobes are for a deposit of 20 euros, but we have not taken it. Skis, snowboards, boots are placed free of charge in special lockers in the parking lot, which is very convenient.

Regular guests, the hotel is located in a spectacular setting and the treatment of all the staff is excellent, they take care of the customer, in a hotel of 10 in all aspects.

From Gijón we give a 10 to this family Hotel with a deal 10, well located for skiing in Grand Varia and a spa for after-ski that leaves you new. Graciasssss for your treatment.

A 10 in all the concepts: cleanliness, spaciousness of the rooms, spa, quality of the breakfast, location, attention… You can't ask for more than a hotel. We'll be back safe.

We have had a very pleasant stay. Very attentive service. The room is spacious and clean with an integrated kitchen (you have to pay a small fee) but the fridge is included. Full and rich breakfast buffet. The perfect SPA area if you are in luck and there are few people as it is a small area; The water in the Jacuzzi maybe should be a little hotter if we get delicious. I would recommend the stay and return!

2nd time we come with our children (3), we take the suite with 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, the kitchen… Etc…

We really liked this hotel in summer. Free to a good location and breakfast Buffe for Andorra. Comfortable beds and jacuzzi at a reasonable price.

We liked everything in this hotel. Good parking, very helpful, fantastic suite, the spectacular spa (is included in the accommodation and even provide you the robes) and the outdoor jacuzzi a joy. Everything very clean and the staff very friendly. It is a five minute drive from Canillo. Nos feel as at home, the room was very spacious and impressive views. When we return to Andorra this will be our hotel.

As there were no rooms as booked, they offered us a wonderful suite with beautiful views.
Breakfast varied and of great quality.
