Very good and clean and good service the very friendly workers have a good full breakfast buffet we have had a phenomenal night thanks to all the team.

We were very surprised to know that kids under 12 YO don't pay for dinner or breakfast! for a big family like ours (4 kids, under 12) it saves a lot!

We have received outstanding service from the moment we entered the hotel. Our upgrade to a suite was unexpected. The room is magnificent. The toiletries are high quality. The room was spotless upon our entry. We are impressed.

A few years ago it was a good hotel. Currently the truth is that that 5 stars well as no. It's getting outdated and old, in my opinion it needs a good reform.
Price quality are not in tune. Very expensive for what it really is.

Nice and cozy hotel with friendly staff and taking care of every detail. It is well connected, but in an area somewhat quieter than in the center. Small indoor pool, but ideal for taking a dip and having a nice time. The price went very well, really, maybe because we found a good deal, but we spent a few days of luxury! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel very well equipped with pool, spa, gym. The rooms are spacious, the bedding excellent. Meals are in the form of a variety of buffets. The staff are friendly. In addition, the location is ideal close to the shops. We had a great time.

Very beautiful place with spacious rooms and new, comfortable furniture. Lower floors on the back side of the hotel do not have the best view. Booking the skibuss is a bit problematic, some staff appears not to know what they're doing. People book the skibuss and don't take it blocking it for others. The location is great, it's close everywhere you want to go in the city center. The Wi-Fi works exceptionally good for the 6th floor, I didn't expect that. Food is really tasty and there's a great choice of it. It's beautifully served and delicious — you don't know what to choose. The only problem is that the reastaurant's too chaotic, the waiters run around pointing people to tables, and there isn't enough of tables — sometimes you have to wait in line and there's a feeling like the waiters want you to eat and leave as soon as possible (we visited in February). The only thing that's missing for me is a relaxing atmosphere at the restaurant — something you look forward to after a whole day of skiing. We were a group of 16 people — there was no way for us to sit together at dinner like we do every year going to Italy. We were separated all around the room. Overall it's a beautiful place with comfortable rooms and amazing food :)

Very nice Hotel. Clean and large rooms. Good area full of shops. Only bad thing for me, it was the food. It could get a lot better. Some foods were cold. And then a waiter, who every time I woke up for food for my daughters, took my plate. It happened about three times at dinner. In the end I was already angry. Next time I'm looking for another hotel. Or I'm going to eat out…

Expensive Parking and inability to use the TV to view photos. Too bad for a good level hotel. The cleanliness of the spa facilities is not at the rendezvous either.

The hotel is close to the central bus station and main shopping street of the city. Rooms are large and cosy, staff is polite. Minor disadvantages: — No drink is included in the meal (not even water), you need to pay extra for it at check out. — The swimming pool and gym are rather small. — The sauna temperature is set to 60 deg. Celsius and it cannot be changed.

Good ski Hotel. It took away a star with respect to which it actually has because although it has all kinds of services, swimming pool, saunas, massages… lacks the luxury that in my view must have a five star hotel. The buffet is good, but without bragging, although the tables do not put tablecloth, which in my view is far from the category granted to the establishment. The rooms are large but they look bad finishes in the paint of these and the hallways for which they have access. If you don't use the extra services I would even qualify it as a three star.

It is a very nice hotel and the rooms are very cozy. The food is very good and there is a lot of choice to choose from. They have Pasquín and it is close to the center of Andorra La Bella.

Lousy!. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. There are two stars better than this hotel. This hotel embittered us the holidays. The hardest beds we have seen in a hotel, we had to take turns sleeping on the couch, also hard, because in the bed it was impossible, so it was impossible to regain strength for the next day. The staff were very friendly and very friendly, we had to have breakfast and dinner outside the hotel (we had half board). Unbearable noise in the dining room and lobby for being a very crowded hotel and families with very young children. Very friendly staff. We inexplicably stayed in a connecting room, when we had booked a single triple room, and of course not communicated with anyone, for both of us and our 11 year old daughter, and it turned out that you could access the adjoining room (and they to the Ours) without problems, when we knew nothing of the other guests (fortunately we respect each other and no family opened the door dividing, nor did we lack anything we had bought) ; For this reason we asked for an uncommunicated room at reception several times and they ignored us with the excuse "the hotel is complete". To top it off, one of the two elevators used to get stuck with people inside, one morning we were the ones who got stuck until they pulled us out. And what they call pool is a big tub. In short, never come to this hotel!

The hotel is very close to the centre and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can take pets and it is also very good price. We have gone twice and will be sure to come back.

Hotel is fine. The theme parking not so much and you have to find the via if you do not want to pay a bundle. Breakfast is ok too.

Fabulous! A deserved mention to the Chef who took special consideration with our child (allergic to certain foods). An exceptional treatment that we especially appreciate.

Centric, but does not have good services. That in the 21st century you can not watch pay TV is a big delay. And neither in the room could see the game of the league, when the reception said they could be visualized. The beds were very nice and clean.

Q would say as much is 4 stars, details dela rooms upgradable, the check in is at 3pm, two elevators only what Q sometimes you have to wait a lot Q. It enters free use of the facilities of the wellness, which is tiny, nothing q to see with others of hotels of same category, it was until above, above the maximum capacity allowed, expected another hotel for the price paid.

The Free pool and spa service… leaves a lot to be desired. We found a dwarf pool where it puts maximum Capacity 21 people and there are more than allowed. They tell you when you get there's no locker room. You have to go down in bathrobe… that yes… If you manage to take the elevator because if not, you cross the entire reception with that pint. We hired two connecting rooms and they put an extra bed that we had booked three hours after the check in. At 18.00

Our family (2 adults + 18-years old kid) had a tripple room. But this room was prepared for 2 people (bathrobe, cups for tea/coffee). The hotel is not so friedly for skiers (too small room for storage of skis, no heating for shoes so we had to keep them in the bathroom to get them dryed). Food tasty, but they have to invest in better dishwashing equipment. Staff very friendly but very poor in english. Very small health area. Next time we will try to book another hotel.

We were spending a week there. The hotel is very nice. They offer swimming pool and have taken advantage of the basses to install it, but it is very small, covers dossier and gives publicity, but an insufficient service Iara those that we select hotel based on this criterion.

A must-have step when we go on vacation. Excellent Hotel and no complaints in the rooms. Very well placed in the heart of Andorra la Vieille. The restaurant is simple without more. Just one thing. Certainly have underground parking but alas place for small vehicles Attention to the green parking area which is again paying early in the morning. Risk of impounding.

Room very spacious, beautiful services (games for children, spa, swimming pool…), the self is very good (wide choice at all meals).
Shuttle to the Funicamp and close to the shops.

What a great gem tucked away in the mountains.

Great Hotel but in the spa there was a couple without a swimsuit I find it especially displaced that there were many children as school holidays.

To a street on Meritxell Avenue. It has a swimming pool and free gimnadio. It is ideal to go with children. Good deal and good free buffet.

Very good value for this 5 star Spanish hotel. 92 Euros at night half board and breakfast for a room of 4 persons. The food is not refined but at this price it is not too much to ask.

We had two queen beds for the four of us, 2 kids, 11 and 13, and 2 adults. Room had tea making facilities for 2 and slippers for 2.
I thought the room was not particularly clean, dust and bits on the floor when entering room and bathroom. Tray with toiletries was soaked, very dusty radiator. Extractor didn't work in bathroom, the dust in it, probably was the reason. The taps in the bathroom weren't clean. I am not the hotel inspector but I expect a basic room to be clean. I wAsnt looking behind things, this was in plain sight. A pet hate I have is when the duvet is laying in between two sheets. I do not want to come into contact with duvet that is there and hasn't been cleaned as often as the sheets, why a duvet cover isn't used. Facilities of pool, gym probably great but we didn't use them. Didn't use restaurant either as thought €17 an adult was expensive and piped to a local cafe in town.

Very nice hotel in all aspects except that we were served "fresh squeezed" orange juice during breakfast which was far from fresh. It had actually started to ferment and tasted awful (one of our kids instantly threw up from it in the midst of the restaurant). Furthermore the fruit salad was in the same state. Just by smelling on it we steered well clear. Really hope the hotel could straighten out the appalling breakfast serving (we did not eat dinner buffet at the hotel…), and I would gladly give 4-5 stars…

Nice place, nice clean and big rooms. The staff are professional and attentive. The only downside would be the evening meal in half board sum very basic and a little too canteen. The breakfast is on the other hand great.

Very convenient rooms and has excellent SPA and gym. It is a descent 4 stars Hotel.

Food is great. Rooms are comfortable enough to live in. But health center is not nice. Hammam and sauna is not good, minigym is small and it's very hot there to do exercise there.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff makes you feel at home without being intrusive. Great facilities. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice of buffets. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice of products, a little too expensive for those like me who only take coffee or cappuccino and brioche. Very positive note the bathrooms are equipped with bidets.

Repeat in this hotel. Excellent location, near the old town, shops, tourist office, Park if you go with children. Room expands and very comfortable, as well as silent, unheard nothing absolutely, 10 isolation. Very good cleaning and treatment and care of employees. To go with children is fantastic, its ball park and its kids club for the little ones is great in idle moments that because you don't know what to do. The pool, jacuzzi and saunas and very apanaditas although small nor be needed more. We recommend to any family. We will return.

If disappointment is what you are after, this is your place. The five star rating is not deserved in the least. There are better three star hotels in Andorra la Vella. Having said that, it would make a passable, if somewhat run down, three star hotel. Major annoyances include: a room heat regulator that does absolutely nothing (the hotel temperature is fine, unless you are trying to sleep), a sauna that is warm but not hot, a gym that is unbearably hot, orange juice that is at most 40% orange juice, threadbare blankets and skimpy pillows. Almost everything did not work quite right or at all (TV, elevator, etc. ). Their idea of show cooking is watching someone line cook hamburgers (not to order). Positive: plenty of piping hot water and nice baths, pretty decent breakfast, decent wine list, steam room was hot, you can open a window to escape the unbearable hotel heating if you have one (suites only have one window! ).
