It's very simple. According to the price. The day I was there was a lot of noise in the corridors. People fixing doors. Breakfast is not included. This cost 5 Euros. The receptionist was very friendly. The location close to shopping, historic quarter and hiking.

For one or two nights, sober clean.

Price OK breakfast Super we lunch at will. On the other hand the big and huge less there are big worries of hygiene! My son caught the scab!

We have made the reservation through booking. But when we got to the site our reservation had not found, because administration is reviewing reservations only 3 days a week! And we were lucky that nobody had come to the foot. They had only one room left. And also Hotel is very old and should be at least painted!

We looked for a place to spend a single night in Andorra, very central hotel with old room, well heated, tele small, but acceptable to sleep, rest and do some shopping, no more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a pizzeria next door which is brutal (pizza Vitto)

The hotel is small, the bathroom is small, the shower cubicle is 60-60, it is difficult for large people to wash. The dinners were amazing. Bravo chef.

Although the location of the hotel is great because it is 2 minutes from the old town of Andorra. And the Wi-Fi goes quite well, and the views of the room were very nice. The note I give to this hotel is low but for the customer deal. It is worth noting that it does not go for all employees. (There was a lady from Portugal very Maja and a young girl from Andorra very nice) but last night, one of the employees I think I should do a recycling course on customer service. It is a shame that the stay has been very pleasant in this hotel, and that because of the lack of kindness of some employees the feeling that I take is a bit bad. As far as the room, it has a vintage touch… But in value for money, it's acceptable. The hotel has own parking but in case of Nevada you cannot use it because it is difficult to access. As for the food, congratulations to the chef, both the soup and the pasta we have eaten has been amazing, and many restaurants would like to have the quality of their food and taste. 5 stars for the chef.

Reduced the score only for breakfast, full of sandwiches and dried pastries. But the dinners are great! Cook five!

Nice hotel with excellent cuisine and cheerful staff. Convenient to walk to any part of the city. Close to the supermarket. Below is the bus station, which provides easy access to Toulouse and Barcelona.

Horrible… Rooms that have not been "touched" since the Sixties literally. The shower, a horror 50x50 with bumpers that you stick to the body and gives you more sense of unhealthiness. When we opened the bed we found hair stuck and wrinkled. The drawers in the cupboards were full of dirt. And the parquet floor looked at the backlight it looked like dirt.
To say something good the bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is just not power anymore. Bread, cheese, sweet ham, croissants and juices. That if the juices were granini. The right staff.

Very close to the historic center of Andorra, outside is the bus stop and close to the Pyrinees shopping center.

Old, no parking, noisy and does not respect Internet reservations! Irregular rate. I'll pass the details of the bathroom… We arrived late morning after 7am, not arranging we were told to come back at 2pm. We go back to the city center, return to 18h, there we are awarded 1 room not according to our reservation, and as by chance it is the last one which has been booked for at least 3 weeks! So no choice. Night ended at 5am as extremely hot and noisy in the hotel and on the street. Not to mention that there are 4 rooms per remedy, poorly insulated, with the light lit all night and the door of the stairwell blocked open: reasonable effect to the point that from the 2nd floor we hear the conversations of the reception, room door closed! Unable to serve 1 coffee at 7:00 we went to lunch somewhere else! Paid €40, the same service was at €27 the next day. No parking, we offer 1 parking located in 200m… Conversion to French: 500m and €13 unloaded from the purse! In summary to avoid! We come every year and at this rate there can be 10 times better!

We have stayed 3 nights in the hotel and although what is inside the building is a bit outdated, the value for money is optimal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the reception, who did not ask for the name, was very kind and decisive in the face of any doubt that we posed. Regarding the cleanliness and comfort of the room we had no complaints.

Poorly insulated rooms, noisy at night, light from the hallway lit up all night and passed under the door. Bed top and curtain very dated. Service and correct price for a 2 star hotel. Parking available from 9, €5.

Bathroom (dodgy condition! Leaking toilet, dirty shower curtain, paint and flaking cracks. Dirty seals…, it's a shame! Can't park without paying! (street or hotel parking)

Rooms which fall to pieces (I went to open a cupboard and door I dropped to the ground), say you that there is parking and maybe you have a hole in the side street, which is their parking, but there are 4 places to the hotel by a road that does not pass any car.

Now, for my best thing about the Hotel is dinner, we had dinner several times and really have a chef of 10! the menu is family type very well with options to choose and very well prepared.
