The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and pleasant. Everything has been perfect, the reception has been very friendly and friendly. We paid the very reasonable price agreed at first without any surprises. In short, everything perfect and totally recommended.

Hotel was clean but our room was small and overlooking the road which was very noisy.

We were in the month of March my husband my two sons and I and I have very clear that when I return next year, I repeat in the hotel, for my fantastic, the deal, the cleanliness the location, the great breakfast and the very spacious rooms.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Whoever doesn't want to travel is because he doesn't want to.

We've been very comfortable. Very clean Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only "bad" thing is that the breakfast was quite poor, I lacked more variety. I would recommend this hotel.

It is a few minutes from Caldea walking, the quadruple room comfortable, clean, the temperature of the room correct, very comfortable beds and the bunks also.

The best thing about the hotel is breakfast, variety of fruits, protein etc (Last days broken coffee machines, served warm coffee with cold milk). The room was fine. The value for money is not good. The maid service of the room complies. It is not a place that stands out for the customer service, I felt a good attention from the staff only on behalf of two employees. Breakfast was very nice. I lost my bus to Barcelona since the receptionist did not tell me-as we had agreed-that the taxi that would take me to the bus station was waiting (it left). He said the hotel would take care of the cost of changing the ticket thing that didn't happen. The Internet connection is bad (a little bit short). There is no restaurant inside the hotel, if you want to dine on it you should order food. If you are skiing at Grandvalira, there is a bus that goes a few blocks and takes you.

A good hotel for couples or family but not for single travellers (no offer of single beds and the price is shot). Comfortable although it isolates the sound. Lovely staff. I would honestly have expected something else for the price, but I was traveling alone, as a couple I would have been delighted.

We were in pairs for a package contracted at Buscounchollo. The hotel itself was very good, clean rooms with good views, and spacious, well insulated thermally and acoustically. The only negative but oblivious to the hotel is the shortage of parking lots in the vicinity to the hotel. To solve this problem, the hotel offers guests a paid parking and under reservation, although for us the price was too high. To highlight its proximity to Les Escaldes (Caldea) and Avinguda Meritxell.

The room smelled a lot of tobacco, especially the sheets. The hotel is not centrally located but 15 minutes from the center walking, although it is very close to Caldea. The breakfast was very good. It is difficult to park in the hotel area, although there is a parking at 5 minutes.

We were a weekend and great, near the spas and Av. Meritxell, and have many activities to offer and 5 minutes you have a route through the mountain. Ideal for a short getaway!

Unable to park, the hotel parking is paying 15 euros per day. The room gives directly on the road (main axis), we hear all the cars.

The attention on the part of the receptionist Lorena very good makes you feel like home the rooms are OK, cleanliness well in general a good place to rest.

Basic hotel with Basic services, clean and perfect to stay when your doing a city/country trip. Minpr point is the lack of air conditioning, it was quite warm in the summer.

Fair, price very economic reserve without problems because we were the 24th of September, we came out all round.

Very bad treatment of staff. We made a reservation and when you want to modify, we do not respond emails. After 2 emails with no response we called on the phone and we made the change during the same call. Do not sent us any confirmation email and when we arrived they told us they had no booking in our name and had no availability, in a word, we were left lying. In addition to treating us as liars and to invent that we had spoken with no one. You think we did almost 3h of car without hotel (no comment…). Think only of your benefit and in order to win more money with stocks more expensive. In addition it was very difficult to find, poorly signposted, and no light in the signs of night. Not I would recommend this hotel for anything.

Does not deserve to not be called a hotel! I booked a weekend with my partner and it becomes a nightmare, not only do we say that they have no record of the booking having the voucher with the proof of payment… but after many phone calls I hours ordered you send us to a hotel that they have same I give us breakfast for the inconvenience, normal for us to give away … well because another that is not where it takes the hotel because it looks more like a scrap yard because it looks like you have mounted with the remnants who take the people when reform his house, since I have seen rooms of hospital a lot bigger than it is, you only have space for the bed, I not a single plug to plug in anything, so you have to decide between watching tv, or plug the mobile… the toilet is a disgrace full of chorretes not hábrelo thoroughly cleaned in its life! Not a pleasant experience. No parking, the recommendation of the staff is to park on an expensive parking at 10 minutes of the hotel, no elevator, mediocre breakfast (yogurts near the bread toaster, ham and cheese tasted bad, uncooked croissants, not enough food for every client). The room was very noisy, we could hear anything that was happening in the lobby. The window was on the street so a beautiful view on a garage, with only dark curtains, so the choice was privacy OR light. Also a double room is in fact a room with two single beds next to each other… Worst of all, the maid entered the room with the DND sign on and the door locked!

An experience fatal, nothing more to reach the elevator does not work, and give us the room on the 3rd floor… we say that there is no free space in the car park, so we have to pursue the life to park as close as possible… the first morning at 9:30 am, the alarm of fire, fairly strong, no call or anything to warn us, we don't know whether to run away with the suitcases or we can be quiet, to download us tell us tell us you've jumped through the fault of the toaster, the man so quiet without moving from the reception… the noise is unbearable and increasingly high… Wi-Fi only in the hall, and in the bathroom with a simple soap for hands and a pair of glasses… we do not recommend for anything in this hotel… we don't know where you draw the 3 stars…

Hotel is nothing special, but the problem has been to go me, I left me something in the hotel, I called them (because they do not have email) and I told you exactly in that part of the room and they told me that they have not found it.
