Cool, cozy, facilities for dance and sports activities, located in a better geographical location, combining nature and urban center and with a very professional team and excellent treatment.

Very nice hotel unfortunately full this year on the date of our stay. But we were able to eat there. And it was delicious like two years ago.

Perfect hotel, great comfort in the rooms, very nice staff. The heated indoor pool is large. Although set back and quiet, we are in 2 minutes walk in the city center thanks to the elevators. We have a great stay.

Beautiful hotel where the staff is on the small look! A beautiful room with jet bathtub! On the other hand the price goes with small example 20th the day in the parking! And I pass but it's still worth the detour for a night!

Excellent breakfast buffet; the food selections are amazing! The rooms are modern. The hotel is on the hill side, so views are awesome. Dinner was very romantic.

This hotel had terrible service. We waited almost two hours to get food and they had nothing available for celiacs. The food that we received was bland and boring. One of the receptionists even sent us to a city which was closed down to build things for skiing. How can you make that kind of mistake? Only positive thing was the room.

It Has an outdoor swimming pool, another indoor pool and spa.
Spacious and comfortable Rooms, some with mountain views.
Full Bathroom with Jacuzzi.

I have stayed on 2 occasions at this hotel. The first time was 3 years ago and I had such a good memory that I decided to come back at Easter. This time I have found that the hotel is lack of maintenance and that the furniture has been outdated and with clear signs of the passage of years and wear and tear. The rooms have good spaces, but it would be necessary to renovate them. Despite this the cleanliness of both common areas and rooms is very good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ones on the night shift in the restaurant. They make you feel at home.
The hotel has a children's area, which makes it ideal to stay with children and that they can enjoy.
The location and privacy of the same makes you have a lot of charm and at the same time you can move around the center of the city in an easy way. Overall I think the only thing missing to be an exceptional site is the maintenance.

The hotel is well placed to be able to walk around the city. The park is directly connected to the Pyrenees shopping centre located right in the centre, which is very convenient. The facilities are very good (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, gym, children's playroom, restaurant).

Junior Suite at the top with a king size bed and perfect bedding, a nice whirlpool, spacious bathroom, the only downside of the room was the heating too intensive. The staff at the small care, the gym and the spa very appreciable and the breakfast exceptional. We recommend.

This hotel has me in love, I have gone several times and still hallucinate every time I go Q. The rooms are simply unbeatable, all stays are kept in detail and everything is super clean.
The meeting rooms a 10, the big ones and the small ones. And the location is unbeatable. A 10 in every way.

The reception, the attention and the room of 10, the only objection is that to be a hotel of 5 ⭐ the TV of the room is a mier * *, fatal image quality (almost all channels are pixelated and with noise in the image) and does not bring either HDMi or USB to Connect some extra (in my case the Chrome cast to see some series of Internet, as there are 5 Spanish channels). Everything has to be said, some gardens with stones and a very nice scenery, I will return 100% insured.

A nice hotel, just outside the busy centre of Andorra La Vella. We had a large well appointed room with a balcony overlooking the valley. Good breakfast, I can't comment on dinner as we ate elsewhere. Car parking was 20 EUR for the night.

The hotel is very well placed close to the Cirque du Soleil and the city by overlooking Andorra la Vella. Only a small raidillon to climb on the way back.

This is a good hotel with large, quality rooms and a decent buffet facility. Where it is let down is there is no functioning bar, so it lacks atmosphere. Drinks can be ordered from a spacious lounge but it takes close to 10 minutes to get a drink and the bar that is actually in the hotel is hidden away and unmanned. No opportunity to catch up with others before or after dinner. The only shortcoming though. A quality, scenic place.

The facilities spectacular, the room very large with very good views. On the third floor was my room and the indoor swimming pool, gym and tennis court within walking distance. And saunas and jacuzzi by the pool.
The breakfast very varied (the croissants with fruits dry very rich), both sweet as salty.
And the staff very helpful, both at reception, breakfast, etc.
In 5 minutes down a staircase are in Pyrenees and in the street main of Andorra doing shopping.
Very recommended! I will be back!

One of my favorite hotels in the Principality. Rooms very spacious and good facilities. If we are in summer has an outdoor swimming pool, but we can use the interior, which is important to take the shower Cap.
Hotel on one climb with a slope so that if you want to avoid the climb is better get around the Mall and get inside of it. Not is a super hard but for people older them can cost.
