Arrived early let me store luggage. Room good few minor maintaince issues. No AC but they had removed the controls but by early evening it was returned and AC worked OK. Secure but paid parking, you need to use it as no where on street and vehicles being towed by Police tow trucks constantly. Pool good, sauna and juzzaci not working. No outdoor pool only the roof top indoor.

Good and clean hotel. I was a bit surprised that many from the reception didn't speak English. The location is super good. Breakfast was quiet good as well.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The attention to the public is exceptional, both in reception and in the bar and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was great, self-service with a bit of everything.

Our family of four live in the room is very crowded, but the location is very good, to the city center is very convenient, to Caldea Hot spring walk to 20 minutes or so, if it is two people recommend this hotel.

Somewhat disappointing. It's not a 4 stars hotel. I stayed here during a long weekend in december 2018. Andorra was full of people and it was not easy to find a hotel. We choose this hotel because it was in the city center (the position is good) and because it has a spa and it was supposed to offer all the service that a four star hotel usually offers. The fact is that the hotel is very old, the rooms are even older (in design, decoration, etc). The breakfast (not included) was decent but everything was cold. The Spa is terrifying: the sauna was out of order, there were children screaming and running everywhere, people was in the swimming pool area without flip flops or cap. The sensation was to be in a very very dirty area and for sure it was not a relaxing space. The bedroom linen were clean and also the room, but I think that for 140€ per night you can have a real 4 stars hotel. I don't recommend it, the REAL value of the stay was 45€ per night (… high season)

I really like everything, the location (a 20 walk to Caldea and right next to the street "main shopping" large rooms and very full bathroom but you will hear a lot when the other guests come in and out of the rooms and if they speak out of the room. No AC + Stone = 25C or more, got to a point where I felt the need to check if the heater was on. Forced us to keep the windows open 24/7 hoping the wind would make it bearable. Room was poorly cleaned, there was visible dust when we arrived. Do not recommend.

Hotel needs a refurbishment. Wi-Fi is weak and slow. Parking underground is complicated. There are better alternatives in Andorra.

The reception staff was excellent. The first day we were given a room overlooking a dark courtyard where were the air compressors. The room was small for 3 people and not bright, on all the bathroom, the lights were not bright. Commented at the reception and the day following they gave us another giving abroad.

Perfect hotel to spend a week! It is the Centre of Andorra la Vella to 5-10 min walk, one stop bus around the corner, and the hotel itself is very well, spa, gym, pool and excellent room service!
