If I can give 0 star I will. Bad customer service, not clean! we found in the room A BUG 🐞🥲, it was stressful night,, we drived 5h to Oran, to have this bad experience with the hotel, and when we asked to talk to the manager, they said, he is not here, they are not professional, I was hearing the noise the whole night, I’m not sure if it’s a mouse. And when we asked for a breakfast, they said it’s late to have it, no one gave us the details of the hotel, how we can know by ourselves? I don’t recommend people to stay in this hotel 🤮
