Yes, the hotel offers parking spaces directly in front of the entrance, as well as an additional secure parking facility located a 2- to 5-minute walk away. Guests speak highly of the parking staff, describing them as very pleasant and polite.

Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Many guests praise the team for their warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness, particularly highlighting a staff member named Ali. However, there are complaints about a cold reception, a lack of empathy from certain front desk agents, and incompetence when resolving technical issues. The front desk operates efficiently and assists with room changes if noise issues arise.

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which many guests describe as very good, hearty, and varied (including eggs, cornflakes, cold cuts, pastries, yogurts, cheese, and beverages). However, some guests complain about the lack of variety, the low quality of certain items (such as cheap yogurts), and the absence of breakfast for guests checking out very early (before 7:00 AM). There was also a mention of breakfast not being ready by 7:10 AM.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property; however, some guests describe the signal as extremely weak, requiring them to use their own 4G mobile data to stay connected.

Soundproofing at the hotel is rated by many guests as poor or virtually nonexistent. Guests report hearing conversations in neighboring rooms, flushing toilets, as well as noisy children and tourists in the hallways. Noise from a boiler operating in certain rooms was also mentioned.

Reviews regarding the rooms are mixed: some guests find them clean, cozy, and consistent with the photos, while others describe them as small, dated, and "depressing." There are complaints about overly firm mattresses and stained bed linens. Some rooms lack wardrobes for clothing, and the furniture and finishes show signs of wear.

The view from the window depends significantly on the specific room. Some guests are pleased with having a small balcony, whereas others complain about a lack of natural daylight due to windows facing a solid concrete wall or an interior ventilation patio.

Feedback on cleanliness is mixed. Some guests praise the hotel for its spotless cleanliness and hygiene. Others report the presence of insects (including bedbugs), dust, and note that housekeeping is not performed daily, but only upon guest request. Unpleasant plumbing odors in the bathrooms have also been reported.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning; however, there are complaints regarding poor ventilation and a lack of fresh air, creating a stuffy environment even with the heating turned off. Issues with unpleasant odors from the drainage pipes were also mentioned.

The hotel features an elevator, providing easy access to the guest rooms. There is also a 24-hour cafeteria offering lunch and dinner at reasonable prices.

Opinions are divided: some guests recommend the hotel as a quiet, family-friendly choice, while others strongly advise against staying with family due to noise, lack of hygiene, and uncomfortable room conditions.
