Good hotel but morning coffe is not much but it's good.
I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but was deeply disappointed if I could give 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and walls, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I had to request room service twice, and even then, the sheets were not changed. The staff, including the receptionist, seemed uncoordinated and unhelpful. A male member of the staff even entered the room without knocking. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment, and I strongly DO NOT recommend it to others, it's really not worth the price, NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Clean room but some stains and dirt on the bed sheets. Clean bathroom but needs more of a deep cleaning. Wifi was not working — bad signal strength. The location was perfect. Friendly staff, especially Fadila who was the host in the cafeteria — outstanding.
