Catastrophe! The aparthotel is a place of debauchery, no respect for guests, the staff is unqualified, poorly educated and aggressive, the hotel is dirty, it smells bad everywhere! Not recommended!

My mother booked 3 nights including the night of the 31st in half board… on the night of the 31st she was amazed at the fact that they forbade her to the lively dinner and so she was forced to dine outside… and in the end they even did not reimburse him the last dinner… c not worthy of a 4 star. We took it to the indoor pool for the kids but it was very small and the frozen water
Room not very clean full of crumb under the bed, the bed clic clac for children were very uncomfortable our bed sheet had a hole
Not much sleep because the windows are poorly soundproofed a lot of noise at night
The only positive point would be the pressure of the hot water in the shower was good and the breakfast varied enough except for the mint tea which was horrible and hot drink was lukewarm

Hotel nice close to the tram. I spent three nights personal charm er welcoming at the reception. The buffet in the restaurant on the 1st floor is very varied. Very good meat in the country. All the servers are smiling including qq cook that I've run into. For somebody who comes from canada I tell you guys bravos you are at the height.
