Deplorable phone reception from the level of a low-end hotel person… more than an hour of waiting and several calls to reserve to be told that we must book on site

Cold home establishment not clean worthy of a 5 star with a distributor that works not for withdrawn money just shameful.

Air-conditioning not working to late July just saying so if you have booked a room be ready for the heat but apart from that it's lovely hotel.

There is no green number, no email address or any official website that allows customers to express themselves on classified hotels. In short, if the stars are made to theoretically bring guarantees to consumers, in practice nothing is done for them.
A hotel that does not deserve its 5 stars. 3 stars are enough to express the level of services offered.
Room service that does not work.

Wonderful. Own. But ya qlq detail it will have to adjust because C a 5 star fo PA neglect it.

Luxury and comfort of a 5 *, cosy atmosphere… Highlight: The restaurant on the top floor with the view over the Bay of Oran.

Ill-mannered rude employees. Custumer awful service. It's just really sad. Apas recommend. No air conditioning.

Total disappointment this time at the Hotel Sheraton in Oran! Air conditioning at the stop during the night from 7 to 8 May, breakfast very far from its reputation, and the icing on the cake is the proof that is no less serious (lack of staff!? ). To sum up, a sensation of staying in a hotel of 2 stars for the price of 5 stars!

Great moment I thank all the Sheraton team especially the lady at the front desk who welcomed us he chose nice rooms I also thank the restaurant for that good food and the whole Sheraton team for their welcome their smile so I Say good continuation continue like that and to very soon.

Very bad service. Very bad room service and room was in terrible condition. The food was terrible. The only good thing was the breakfast and the pool.

After reading some comments on ere — I have to say people really need to look at the big picture — hotel is fab for Algeria — staff work hard — hotel is spotless — food is good not our this world but what you expect — stayed for 12 nights and now staying again for 20 nights — if you think is not good try ibis across the road lol.
