Rooms very clean, only 5 Minutes walk from the beach, very welcoming host, we recommend it highly to everyone for family holidays.
I don't know where to start! Absolutely magical! Perfect location, lovely hosts and good price. Love to come back! <3

It was a fine stay overall. The room was nice and clean with the basic amenities. The kitchen was equipped with a small two-person set of cutlery and dishes.
Unfortunately, there was no cutting board or basic seasonings (only salt and sugar), and no dish soap or dish towels provided. The room had a cute little balcony and air conditioning, which we appreciated. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom setup was a bit impractical – the entire room serves as the shower, so after using it the floor stays wet for the rest of the day. There was nothing to dry it, which might be a concern for older guests worried about slipping. Also toilet seat was broken.
All in all, it was a nice accommodation in the calmer part of Ksamil. However, we personally found Ksamil itself very disappointing: extremely touristy, overcrowded beaches, and mainly tourist-focused restaurants with little local culture. We wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a weekend.
