Staff is super friendly. The breakfast is good and the view is STUNNING! It's a good walk from the beaches, so it's calm.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location quiet side of Ksamil. Which we found nice as the coastline can be overwhelming. No other houses behind the hotel which made it peaceful and rooms with a view.

Words can't describe this place. You get an amazing location, parking, breakfast and a great room. You dont get most of these in in ksamil without paying a fortune. The owner was polite and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience.
The rooms are very clean, and we had one with a sea view — which was absolutely worth it!

New hotel room gets cleaned daily. Room towels as well as beach bed towels are changed daily too. Good breakfast and peaceful location. Above all, very friendly service.

Loved our stay, the rooms and furniture are new. There is safe underground parking (quite small but can’t complain), the breakfast food is okay, but the family owners are welcoming and kind.

The experience was good because they are very nice people, they gave us a lot of attention and all we needed, but we recommend some things: the apartament was not for 5 people.
