A very price worthy hotel with wonderful service. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and feels like being at home 🥰. The hotel is close to the city centre, near the beach but still in a quiet neighbourhood. A big plus is the garden with a small bar and restaurant — the food was delicious! I will definitely rent a room here again if I need a hotel in south Albania!

From the moment I arrived, the residence left me with a very good impression. The location is perfect — in a quiet area but still very close to beaches, restaurants and all the amenities a vacationer needs. You don't have to travel far: in a few steps you are at the sea or on the street with cafes.
The environment is modern and well-thought-out; the building seems to be built with quality materials, the rooms (or apartments) are spacious, with natural light, which makes the spaces feel comfortable and welcoming. The furnishings are simple but functional — what you need for a carefree vacation.
The service remains one of the strongest points: the staff is welcoming, ready to help, every request is treated seriously. Cleanliness is also at a high level — every day intervention, and everything seems well maintained.
The price offered for this standard is very competitive — for what the residence provides (location, comfort, service) it feels like good value.

Owners were really nice, they let us use the grill and helped us with the barbecue. They knew our names throughout the entire stay. Only issue was the bathroom not having any height difference from the room and the bathroom so all the water from showering with spill into my room I had to stop it with towels they gave me but overall it was a great experience to stay here from day one until the last day.
