I have visited 2 month back. They provide best in class service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is quite good. Just few mins away from most of the famous beaches.

Clean, comfortable, everything worked! (not like in other hotels) really European standard!
Receptionist who mainly worked during our stay was amazing — the best service from all hotels in have had in Albania. Tasty breakfast, also great level. This hotel also have plenty of space for cars.
People who take care of the hotel really know their job. Well done!
The hotel is located around 5-10 min walk from the beach. Nice location, without too many loud turists.

If you’re heading to Ksamil and not staying at Area Hotel, you’re seriously missing out. This place is next level. Owned by the most amazing and beautiful family, they didn’t just host us—they welcomed us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends, not guests. Their warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable.
Out of our entire week in Albania, nowhere else even came close to the kind of service we received here. The hotel itself is spotless, elegant, and radiates comfort. It’s classy without trying too hard, and you instantly feel at ease.
Let’s talk about the breakfast—wow. The wife creates magic in that kitchen. Every morning was a culinary hug, filled with homemade goodness that kept us talking about it all day. The rest of the staff? Just as incredible. Friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile with a smile.
We can’t thank you enough for making our vacation so special. We’ll absolutely be back—this isn’t goodbye, it’s a see you soon.
