Some unfair reviews on here. Our room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and the pool was excellent and clean. Breakfast was good and air con worked great.

The chalets are a really lovely place to stay. Clean, warm and wonderfully situated. After a days hiking it was a treat to walk down to the river and enjoy the chalets.

The restaurant is a true highlight. Homemade, traditional dishes are served fresh — especially the mountain-style meat dishes, dairy products, and seasonal vegetables.

I found it via Booking. Com, and all the reviews were great. I initially booked it for one night, but since it was clean and nice, I ended up staying two more nights.

Great value hostel. We stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom and everything was clean and the facilities were good.

Such a great base for a few nights in Shkoder. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and super comfy. Owners are lovely and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

A very good adres to stay short or long time. Really cheap hotel. Especially when you think of what you get. You get very much quality for a very small price.

Best location near the historical center with a huge garden and accessible parking. Mateo is a SUPER HOST with great local recommendations and personal touches.
