Excellent room service and perfect for families.
I visited this resort with my family in July 2020 and have to say it was our best family holiday. The hotel itself is clean and modern and our room was quite spacious. Great food and desserts were to die for. We didn’t bother much with the entertainment but could see there was always something going off. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful at all times. A massive Thankyou to Dona who literally excelled in customer service. From making contact initially to leaving the hotel she was absolutely brilliant and we felt extremely welcomed by her. Anything we asked she saw it was dealt with promptly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and I’m sure we will visit again in the future. In our opinion this hotel deserves 5 star for its customer service.

Everything was perfect, very tasty food, hotel stuff was very kind, clear water in the pool, hotel is close to the beach and the beach is beautiful. Just perfect holiday we really enjoyed it. If will come to Rhodes again, we will stay in Virginia ❤️
