This hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We felt very welcomed. A short 10 min stroll to town. The rooms were big and clean and well appointed.

The hotel was delightful. We had two large rooms which were recently renovated tastefully. Each room had a bottle of wine to greet us. There is a nice breakfast available in the building adjacent.

The is a boutique hotel in the truest sense. Personalized attention from start to finish, the hotel is beautifully restored and decorated, and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is a feast!

You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used on Western hotels. They are different. The staff was very accommodating; the owner was onsite.

Extremely well situed hotel to discover Berat. We to enjoyed a spacious and extremely clean room with a balcony overlooking a pittoresque and quiet courtyard.

Perfect building and place, impressive. But inside is not 5 stars definitely: broken door jambs, old carpets, not smiling personnel (only one guy in restaurant was nice and polite).

Villa Rosa is an excelllent place to stay in Berat, well equipped, and with a wonderful view. Approaching it by car is a bit of a hassle, but the instructions given by the host are really helpful.
