Kamakura Hotels near Yuigahama Beach

Excellent hotel that at the time of writing feels very new, spotlessly clean, and is very convenient for exploring around Kamakura.

Great location near Kamakura Stn and Komachi Dori St which is just a 2 min walk away. Convenient supermarket and pharmacy opposite. Lots of restaurants nearby for meals.

WeBase Kamakura was one of those rare hospitality experiences that stays with you long after you leave. The breakfast was exceptional, easily ranked among the best we enjoyed in Japan.

We instantly felt at home here, largely because the hospitality never felt forced, just the natural result of a team that genuinely understands how to make people comfortable.

Great location just a couple of mins walk from Hase enoden station. Lovely hosts who have created a wonderful space. The room is not big but more than adequate.

Our room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly, the location is great with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the central station nearby.

We drove from Odawara to Kamakura and stay for a night.
This is a new hotel opened in 2022.

We had a pleasant 2 night stay. The location is a short, easy walk from train station and Komachi dori street. The front desk staff helped receive and forward our luggage.

It’s not an issue that the room doesn’t have TV, but the room is super dark so if reading something on paper can be a challenge.

Fantastic hospitality great view and location.
If you love the classic & antique westernized Japanese hotel this is it.
Plus all the restaurants in this hotel are amazingly delicious.

This is a cozy and slightly older hotel. They staff is very friendly but doesn’t speak the best English. They warmed up the room and the location is close to a train station.

The BIRD HOTEL is really an amazing place. The rooms were spacious, the course dinner was delicious and they had a great breakfast too.

I had a OK time here. All the shared rooms are mixed. The beds are super uncomfortable because they’re futons, The traditional type. The place itself is cute.

The guesthouse is perfect, located close to the beach, in a calm area. I really loved the aesthetic of the place!
The girl who welcomed me was really nice and explained everything perfectly.

A calm and clean oasis in a quiet area.
I only struggled with the mattress in the dormitory, which I found to be thin (Japanese futon-style) and it's directly on the wooden frame of the bunk bed.

The apartment was top floor with big full wall windows looking out at the beach and sea.

This is my second time staying here and again the experience was wonderful. The apartment is easy to find. It's a very short walk to Hasedera Temple and the Giant Buddha.

Lovely and chill place right next to the Hase train station, at a fair price. We really appreciated how much they cared about the decoration and every detail. It feels like home.

An interesting place with lots of character and a warm welcoming host. Not just a hotel but a great selection of menu items and cute shops.

We highly enjoyed the laid back atmosphere at this accommodation. The staff were very friendly, attentive to our needs and we were able to truly relax.

The location is beautiful, rooms are cozy and have beautiful view, and the two girls that were working the front desk were the kindest people we met in Japan!

Great place honestly. The staff was so nice, the inkeeper Jiro is a wonderful guy.

Firstly, the location is great: hidden in a small quiet street but close to Kotoku-in, Hasedera and the Enoden line.
The room is cleverly arranged and fully-equipped.

Very cute little place. Love to wake up to the view of the beach front. Lots of local restaurants and shops near by and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

A resort hotel located right in front of Zaimokuza Beach in Kamakura.
The ocean is right in front of you and you can walk to the beach in 10 seconds.

We stayed in this lovely Ryokan for 2 nights. Our room with 2 large single beds was huge and included a large dining area for eating our evening meal on Tatami mats.

I will absolutely be back and to stay longer. The host is incredibly nice and gracious. She does her best to speak English and recommends local restaurants.

Such a gem! So close to the ocean and such nice rooms with a healthy nourishing breakfast included. The host was so kind and overall it felt like home.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! Mao-san was very friendly and spoke several languages. I will definitely be back again!

Bathrooms are shared with other guests on the same floor. Mao-san is a good host and speaks multiple languages (Korean, Chinese, some English) for overseas guests.

The owner who is a samurai, speaks English and provided a thorough explanation to the facilities during check-in. The included breakfast (and conversation) were excellent.

The staff were very nice. Bushi-san was busy on my day of arrival (they have a lot of activities in Kamakura), but they left me a welcome packet with all the information.
