I had such a wonderful experience at Cape Diamond Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the service from the staff was excellent from start to finish.

I recently stayed at the Cape Diamond Hotel and had a really pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cape Grace – A Fairmont Managed Hotel. The hotel has just been fully renovated, and it shows in every corner. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully done.

Amazing! Brilliant! Hard to find the superlatives that do this hotel justice. The attention to detail is second to none. Everything has been thought of, managed and delivered.

Max and Leticia were particularly helpful. Always asking what I need or if the food was good.

This was our first time staying at a Radison Red and we loved it. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 12 and 15. I booked two rooms (Superior, mountain view) and right afterwards I emailed the hotel

We stayed in the Presidential Suite over the 2025 year-end period.

Lovely historic hotel, great location for fantastic restaurants and decent bars. Staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Gorgeous George Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the security staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great first impression.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we came for lunch on a few occasions. We had the pleasure of having Bernie as our wonderful server and she was amazing!

Nestled in the heart of the vibrant V&A Waterfront, The Portswood Hotel boasts a location that is hard to beat.

This hotel is in a fantastic hotel for tourists, right on the V&A waterfront. Staff are very attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with nicely themed decor.

It honestly felt like we were staring with family and it was an absolute wrench to leave. Everyone was so friendly and really good at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

We are local and had an incredible weekend for our 13th anniversary at Queen Victoria this weekend. The staff is incredibly competent and friendly. The pool section is wonderful and has great food.

Me and my husband had the most wonderful stay at the Trade Boutique. A very cute, cosy stay with the best staff to help us out.

This is a very charming hotel, in a wonderful location, very close to The Waterfront. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated, extremely confortable. The service is very kind and accommodating.

Pleasant heritage style hotel, as the name suggests. Very handy location for a vacation stay or extended layover in travels. Excellent staff in all aspects.

A small non branded entrance. Could do with better signage. But the steak I had in their restaurant was well cooked and tasty. Just a little pricy.

Spent 3 nights there & the staff are very friendly & helpful from checkin, room service & restaurant.
The room was comfy, good air-conditioning but no cupboards or fridge.

We had a lovely full body 1 hour couples massage with Thelma & Patricia! Recommend 100%! With facials, used cupping and got 2 masks, one rubber & one gauze, it was an amazing experience.

Queen Victoria Hotel is located at 2 mins walking distance from "The waterfront" where Cape Town meets in the evenings. Despite the closeness it is a quiet and relaxed place.

We've had somewhat of a story with the Old Bank Hotel.

It’s a great hotel — extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was huge. The floors in the room are beautiful.

We stayed in Gulmarn 006 for three months, Jan to March 2026. The flat was booked through Capsol and is looked after on a daily basis by Atlantic Marina.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Easy check in and very friendly staff. 10 stars from us.

Enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea on Sunday. Since I'm working my way through all the afternoon tea destinations in Cape Town, I would rate the Silo's afternoon tea as one of the best so far.

Just returned from South Africa. Fantastic stay at the Rockerfella Hotel. All staff were amazing but special thanks to the bar staff who made our stay so perfect.

Tatum Coetzee the front office reception was a pleasure to deal with we had a problem and she was made us comfortable while she work on our problem. She made us feel comfortable with her warm smile.

Recently visited The Commodore Hotel for a trip to Cape Town to coincide with the Cape Town Rugby Sevens.

Excellent location, close to all the restaurants, staff was amazing, Yusuf was excellent in guiding us, booking reservations for us. Breakfast was amazing … Macon was delicious.

For both a city and sea front experiences, this was perfect. We enjoyed walking around the hotel and to the V& A Waterfront.

This hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurant and shops around.

Enjoyed my stay there — right in the city center walking distance to Long & Kloof Street for going out after a business day. Breakfast was really good, rooms were alright considering the price range.

Rooms were small but clean and did the job for our short stay. In a great area of town, so it was easy to get to The Waterfront. Service was great, but the food could have been better.

East or west — Taj properties are the best! The brand well known for its hospitality, this property lives upto the expectation as well.

The breakfast was great with different Indian food options daily. The team were helpful when one member of our trip was unwell.

I had a delightful time, and wish I could've stayed longer than sleeping and breakfast before hitting the road again.

I was looking for a cheap place, but it turned out really nice! Service was fantastic, breakfast and room were quite nice. Only gripe is the Internet and TV were a bit spotty.
