Awesome place for the family to stay with loft style living. Great location, only down the road from all the main shops. Rooms serviced daily by the lovely ladies there.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arista of Rotorua. The check-in process was smooth and we were very pleased with the facilities.

Located close to the center of Rotorua but also close to some of the best rated restaurants not in the tourist area (Momo Bird, Pinoy Tres Cuisine).

Morgen the Guest Whisperer always goes above and beyond. This is the only place we stay when coming over. It's a great, central location, beautiful clean rooms, great amenities.

Our unit was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed and I’m happy with the toaster and kettle bcz they are good quality not plastic.

The Quest is a comfortable, clean and newly renovated accommodation within walking distance to many Rotorua attractions.

We stayed at Regal Palms Resort and overall had a very satisfying experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Just stayed 2 nights at The Regal Palms Resort in Rotorua in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and we totally loved it! The apartment was huge with a full size kitchen with full oven and cook top,

Beautiful old hotel, high ceilings, an easy walk to the parks, downtown dining and shopping areas. Great lobby, can cozy up to the fireplace and stay warm, as they keep the hallway windows open.

I had dinner and the food was perfect. I Tried the burger and it was absolutely amazing.

Our stay at Kings was fantastic. The accommodation was clean, well presented and modern. The staff were great, checking in to see if we needed anything. Spa was a great addition.

Spent 3 nights in a 1 bedroom unit. Awesome customer service. Very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean including the kitchen and bathroom areas. Very comfortable beds.

Well situated accommodations at south end of Rotorua away from traffic and easier access to the many attractions outside of town.

Amazing motel with very clean, comfortable rooms. It appears most rooms have been renovated recently by having nice TVs, kitchenettes and even modern Asian style toilets.

We stayed in a two bedroom room with hot tub. It had everything we needed. Service was awesome, the guy made sure we were happy.

This was not our first choice of motel as we had to find another once arriving at Rotorua as our booked motel had no hot water.

Wonderful its a little gem. Great staff lovely well appointed room with kit hen. Bathroom fantastic. Lived the space bath and thick soft fluffy towels.

Liked the location and the staff were lovely. Only thing strange was no privacy with how the bathrooms were situated. Not closed off so everyone in the room could see you walk out of shower.

We had a lovely spacious suite with views over Rotorua township and lake glimpses.

We had a great stay at Tasman Holiday Parks Rotorua.
The park was easy to find and in a very convenient location.

We stayed here for our family holiday and it was great for the kids. Having a pool and hot springs on site meant we could sit back and relax.

We recently spent 2nights and 3days. Our room was very clean, had everything that we needed plus the added bonus of a beautiful Spa bath.

The staff/owners are incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. They were respectful of myself and my family. Honestly such a great price and the location is super convienient.

Stayed here one night during my North Island road trip and it was a great base for exploring Rotorua. The room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious.

Family room number 1 was very nice. Quite large and comfortable for our family. Very quiet even though it was a busy night there.

A much overdue review for this gem of a hostel. I first landed here on February 2nd of 2025, completely by chance. My booking for 3 nights turned into a week which then turned into nearly 3 months.

Loved my stay at Crash Palace! Great vibes, comfy rooms, and super friendly staff. You can even borrow a hair dryer and hair straightener from the front desk! Perfect spot for backpackers in Rotorua.

Bright clean motel! We stayed in second floor and it was very quiet. Construction across the street is only during daytime working hours.

Easy check-in. Great room with its own spa pool. Everything here is really great except the paper thin walls.

I recently spent a relaxing weekend at Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa and it exceeded all expectations.

We highly recommend this hostel (we booked a private room with kitchen). It is clean, well equipped, and offers great value for money. Great central location.

No frills, easy access accommodation. Pub next door, pool very presentable. No lifts. Can hear toilet flushes. Ev charging available.

We had a great stay at Midway Motel in Rotorua and would highly recommend it.
The service was excellent, David was friendly and super accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Okay room for a hostel with really helpful staff and cheap rock climbing downstairs. Shared kitchen, toilets and showers were all very good. Close by to a lot of activities.

Bed was comfortable and our room had air conditioning, however, no window.
Guest kitchen was well equipped with the basics and Netflix available for guests in the lounge.

Wonderful as always. After a very stressful trip, the free room upgrade and breakfast was so appreciated.

We had the best time staying at this hotel—our kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave 😊 The rooms and bathrooms were clean and very well maintained, and even the laundry area was spotless.

Rooms have been refurbished. I liked: the fill your own tub (not wallowing in others body fat) queen in lounge (can put kids to bed and have evening in lounge)

Great stay! Parking was quite tight, and space inside was slightly cramped, but sufficed for a short stay. Was assigned the corner room and enjoyed the 2 balconies it came with.

Awesome. Hot greeted with Kindness and shown to our room. Very hospitable. Plenty or room inside. Rooms are awesome. Full kitchen. Bathroom has huge shower and spa bath.

I had a week-long stay at Rydges Rotorua and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely lovely throughout my stay.

Great family hotel. Pool area amazing and location great — close to bike park and redwoods and an away from the choas of town. Bike room and wash great.
Breakfast was good.
