It's an amazing place. Just like a home away from home. Really a nice and welcoming family. Fortunately within walking distance to the old town and far enough away from the hoards of tourists. Hot water and aircondition and in a very new building. Cheap too. Will definitely come back.
Fantastic location, about 5 minute walk to Old Town down one road! Super nice family runs this place that will help you with anything (although I’m sure you already know this by reading other reviews). The room was so big and clean with a great washroom/shower. Fantastic value! The only thing to be aware of is that the room doors are made of frosted glass, which made our room quite bright when neighbours have their room lights on at night. Nothing an eye mask can’t fix.

We had a great time in this lovely homestay just a short walk from the old town. Close enough to be convenient but away from the bustle and noise. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and many have a balcony which overlooks a beautiful green courtyard. The couple who run the place are very friendly, and were always happy to give us advice, organise transport and teach us some local phrases. Highly recommended!
