We highly recommend this villa in hoi an that we stayed four nights with the children. Very helpful staff speaking good English. Cozy homestay in hoi an. We could use the free swimming pool at the Kiman hoi an hotel and spa in hoi an. Highly recommend jolie villa hoi an homestay in hoi an. We did join their ecooking class in da nang which was so good. Jolie da nang cooking class.

Good home stay. The receptionist speak English very well and polite behavior.

After 4 nights at the homestay, here are a few of my thoughts: Pros: 1. The room is clean and nice, bathroom looks decent with beautiful tile colors. 2. The homestay possesses a flowery garden with a lot of dining tables so you can enjoy your meals there observing the garden. 3. The neighborhood around the homestay is extremely peaceful and tranquil, which makes me feel fresh every time I wake up in the morning. 4. You can borrow bicycles here to get to any places in Hoi An, which is ideal for exercising and sightseeing, I think. 5. There are 2 receptionists and they are extremely nice. They are noticeable for their sunshine smiles and especially they will greet you whenever you get caught by them, no matter who you are, Vietnamese or Westerners. We really love to talk to them. 6. Last but not least, the reasonable price contributes to our choice of staying there. Cons: None, because the place is perfect!

My husband and I booked for one night but as soo as we saw the room and decided to extend for 4 more nights. Sadly we forgot to extend for more and, when we went to ask them, they were full. The room is perfect, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good balcony to the yard. They help you booking buses, trains, tours and motorbikes. Also the give you access to a swimming pool and free bike! The breakfast is not included but is really yummy. Tge location is perfect because is quite close to the old town but far enough to have a quiet nap. Thanks Kathy for all your help those days. All the best!

I originally booked in here for one night about half an hour before arriving but as soon as I checked in and lied down in bed I instantly knew I wanted an extra 2 nights. Upon arrival I was given a very warm welcome by Eli who also gave me a very helpful breakdown of the area. The dorm is the comfiest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable rate. Thanks to the efforts of Eli and Kathy, it would be hard find a more comfortable and friendly home stay in Hoi An.

Great stay at Jolie Villa! Rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is also great, so as the people here, especially Eli who was awesome to help us book tours, transportation for cheap prices!

This place was clean, with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was good (cooked fresh). The location is perfect, just far enough from the main parts of town to be quiet, but very close to ride to and from on the free bicycles (10 minutes). We found the staff to be extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay in Hoi an, and the bargain price to be exceptionally impressive. The only issues we had where some ants in our room, which probably wouldnt have bothered us at all if we didn't insist on leaving chocolate wrappers everywhere.

A welcome that is a reference. A service really to the small care. Too bad the rooms are not at the reception level. But we slept well.

Vicky and Elli made me feel at home! Nice soft beds and a big bathroom with a good shower. Everyday a fresh towel and they make your bed. Breakfast 2 dollar and worth it. Bicycle for free. Within 10 minutes your in the centre. Also good scooters for rent, 120.000 a day. Only thing I miss is a cozy main area to meet other people. They also don't serve dinner.

Calm quiet street. Has free biscicles, easy to get to the center and countryside, even the beach. Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfasts (not included) is good, variety of things to choose. Because of humidity we had smell in our room.

Very nice and friendly. Easy to get around by bike and Jolie and family offered alot of advice and suggestions :) glad to have stayed. Hoi An ancient town is awesome.

Stayed here for 7 nights and booked it through Air BnB. Cost $16 USD a night and the value for money is astonishing. Beautiful room and clean bathroom. 30 min walk to old town or 10min bike ride (free bikes), free water refills. Free access to a swimming pool at another hotel that they own (10min walk). Amazing breakfast for $2 USD (drink, main ordered from menu and a plate of seasonal fruit). Can organise lots of other tours through them. Not really a homestay, more like a hotel.

I would never stay anywhere else inHoi An, having discovered Jolie.
The staff couldn't have done any more for us — even organising a trip for us, for after we were gone! And at a better price…
A special mention for Vicky, who made trip arrangements for us on her day off!
Clean comfortable rooms and a very pleasant atmosphere, Jolie is within walking distance of the beach and the Old Town — we went everywhere on foot!
No criticism, just a top recommendation for this lovely Homestay and team.

The best place to stay in Hoi An! Staff very very nice, friendly and helpfull! Phong the host is so so nice too! The room was perfect, so clean and beautiful. Good breakfast too. Free bikes to go to the old city and beach, close to the homestay. All was very nice and perfect. Thanks a lot to all staff on Jolie Villa! Hope I'll come back! I miss you.

The dormitory is super clean, spacious and comfortable. Full luxury compared to the usual dorms. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub, bicycle loan. The breakfast not included is very good too, with a wide variety of fresh fruits.

Fantastic hostel. I had the 6 bed dorm to myself for most of my stay which was also nice. The most comfortable bed I've had at any hostel. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is it is a bit of a walk or cycle to get to old town but they let you use their bicycles for free.

We stayed there 2 months ago. The staff were so helpful, the room was huge and nicely decorated, breakfast was great, bicycles free. We were lucky to be able using the swimming pool at their brother's hotel Kiman. We did 4$ for breakfast for the two of us. It was so cheap and great. Total 24$ room and breakfast, what should we expect more for that such amazing place?

Super beautiful, clean, friendly and convenient homestay in Hoi An! The staff were extremely nice and helpful and they even upgraded me for a special room with the same price! This is by far the best place I've stayed in Vietnam and I highly recommend this place for everyone who visits the city :)

A lovely homestay in Hoi An.

The best place I stayed in Vietnam, our double room was amazing, way over our expectations, they helped us with everything we need and to even book our next transfer. Perfect.

The room is beyond expectation. We have room with balcony where we can see the trees on below garden. And dont forget to get a cup of coffee or tea to enjoy the beauty of silent here. The staff are so nice and helpful. We really love this place and will suggest to our friends.

Jolie Villa Hoi An Homestay is the best homestay in SE Asia that we've stayed. The staff is helpful and communicative, easy to talk to, willing to support us the best during our stay. The rooms are large and well furnished, a small garden with trees around. Excellent Wi-Fi in every rooms. Great laundry service only 30.000vnd/ kg. Wonderful breakfast, yummy banana pancake at 2$. Nice family to touch with. Highly recommend this place to others travelling to Hoi An.

The best homestay in Hoi An: Jolie Villa Hoi An Homestay! Nicely decorated rooms with new furnitures, modern bathroom, tv, good aircon, large balcony, nice little garden, great breakfast (2$). All in all, the best homestay and the most beautiful villa with the friendliest staff that we met during our SE Asia trip. The best Homestay in Hoi An with the family atmosphere. Good location between Hoi An Old town (1km) and An Bang hidden beach (2km), situated in the quiet area where neighbors are so friendly and warm. The perfect breakfast with full nutritions for a day is only 2$/ person. Banana pancake is highly recommended!

Nice place with nice hosts. The rooms are really nice though they seem like mini hotel room than a homestay room. It's quite far the old quarter, but in a safe and quiet area.

Beatifull homestay and clean rooms, they have also free bicycles wich you can use every day! The staff is really friendly and helpfull! We had a great stay in this place because all the lovely people in here! Oohh and I love the breakfast banana pancake!

The best homestay in Hoi An. We paid only 16$ to get the very nice room that was so beautiful, over our expectation. Free bicyles to ride around the countryside was a plus! Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

The best homestay in SE Asia that we' ve stayed so far. Good staff, nice host who made our stay more enjoyable. Tours and cars were cheaper and safer to book with them than outside in the town. Big thank you to Jolie, Vicky, Sandy and Tiny with their impressive smiles!

Loved this hostel. No bunks! Single nice sized beds that were clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms. AC was good. Breakfast not included but $2 and was really good and came with a nice fruit selection. Free rental bikes which is nice because it's too far to walk all the time to the city center. Very quiet. The staff was the best part, everyone was super sweet and accommodating. Gave us great recommendations for local food (best banh mi I've had in Vietnam so far! ). The reception girls were mega cute and I'm confident that if I lose my beer/banh mi belly they might let me take one of them out for a Bia Hoi and a nice dinner. The one downside was that there were no lockers for the dorm but you could keep your valuables with them for safe keeping.

Real beds instead of bunk beds, spacious and clean bathroom, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is $2 and involves one beverage, one meal out of a selection plus various fruits. Despite being a bit further aeax from the city center you can take a free bike and cycle for around ten minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and the staff are very friendly. The staff will give suggestions as to where to go eat or buy things, very helpful.

You bet it is, out of all the hotels I stayed in, on my Vietnamese travel this one topped them all. $9USD! thats right $9USD! And what do you get for this terrific price? -Your own room -Own bathroom -Air-con -TV -Fridge -Free bikes -Extremely helpful staff that really could not do enough -Convenient location to Hoi city approximately 10 minuite bike ride or 40 minute walk -$2 dollars for breakfast which consists of something like an omelette or toast and jam They also booked a sleeper bus from Hoi an to Hanoi which was a great help and the receptionist also recommended tours for me and my partner to go on when we were in Ha Long bay For what You pay it really is everything you could need its real value should really be up in the mid 30's a night but for 9! holy smokes im happy I found this little gem 10/10 Very happy With my stay :)

Best guesthouse in Hoi An! Jolie was so helpful and went above and beyond. Even helped us book travel for our next destination. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was awesome. Can't wait to come back.

Jolie and her family were incredibly hospitable. They made us breakfast in the mornings, let us borrow bicycles and had good recommendations for restaurants. I would love to stay there again if I return to Hoi An.
