We were forced to leave after 3 nights because they over booked the hotel. Paid for 6 nights and only stayed 3, they wanted to move us to a different hotel over a kilometer away after telling us it was in the same block, the other hotel was also 100000VND cheaper per night but they offered no discount on the price we had already paid to them, they weren’t even willing to pay for our transportation to the next hotel. Upon check out they accused us of stealing bottles of water that are worth about 50 cents, why would I pay over $20 a night for a hotel if I couldn’t pay for a 50 cent bottle of water, the women who work there were very rude, aggressive and hostile towards my girlfriend and I while we were checking out overall this has been the worst experience with locals I have had in the past three years of living, working and travelling through Southeast Asia!
They overbooked the hotel (after we booked and paid online) and wanted to move us to a hotel 1.2 km away that was cheaper and for us to STILL pay the same rate! They essentially kicked us out saying that because the other booking booked two rooms WE had to move! We had booked 6 nights overall only ended up staying 3. They accused us of stealing water and my bf for puking everywhere and asking them to clean it up! Which NEVER happened. My bf was sick and had cold sweats and we asked them to change the sheets! Not because of vomit! You should know the difference! Not only that! It was my bf and I that removed the bedding for them! Because it was sweaty! And we were trying to be nice! They were hostile rude and unprofessional yelling at us in front of other customers when we did NOTHING wrong! (Except booking with them). This is not how you treat people.
