Tribee Kinh Hostel & Bar Hostel

Very very fun place to stay if youre looking to let your hair down for awhile, pretty central location to most of the attractions in Hoi An — also lots of free activities aswell as free booze. Cheap and good.

Always an activity to do, also a helpful and knowledgeable staff that takes you around on food tours. The evenings are really fun, with games and drinks, super easy to socialize and make new friends.

Tribee Kinh (and ALL of the related hostels including Tribee Cham, Tribee Ede, and the Tribee Homestay) are, in my opinion, are the best hostels in all of Hoi An. Although I did not book in advance, they immediately welcomed me with open arms and accommodated me in so many ways. They go above and beyond to help you plan every aspect of your trip — from super fun parties, to exploring old town, to getting tailored clothes, to going on explorations, to renting motorbikes and taking buses — you name it, they've got you covered! They serve food, have an amazing pool, and the atmosphere is top notch. The service from the staff is so incredible. I asked for many things and there was never something that they could not help me with. My stay here was truly unforgettable and I will definitely be paying you guys another visit in the future. Thank you for everything, missing you all already!

Location is perfect, a few minutes walking to the city. The hostel has allot of free activities, which is great! The rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast is Western with allot of choice. Tribee Kinh has no swimming pool, but you can use the one at Tribee Ede. They are in the same street, only a few hundred meters.

Average age of travelers is around 20. A little bit too much of a party style. Beds are comfy and the hostel is clean. Their homemade pancakes.

Superb service. If you're coming here expecting a hotel, you're obviously going to be disappointed. This is a hostel with the closeness close quarters and the new encounters that come with it. That being said, for a hostel, the service was impeccable, the did was great, the room was really nice, air conditioning and proper shower. My roommate got ill one night which made me want another room which I could rent with a nice discount. I suggest this hostel to anyone traveling looking for the new experiences and new people goal.

Standard queen sized bed in a private room. Great location and the free breakfast was pancakes and eggs. Free drinking water stations were a nice bonus as well. No frills.

Friendly staff, comfy bed in a dorm for 3 people (at least in my case), which is pleasant, i've already experienced overcrowded dorm for 16 people. Clean bathroom, good breakfast, recommended if you travel alone, you'll definitely find some friends here :)

Place is clean, beds are comfy, staff are helpful and you can rent bikes from here to Hoi Ann to do the Hai Van Pass whilst they deliver your bags. Bar is nice and lively at night and there’s a reggae bar round the corner.

To meet people, this is the best hostel I've ever been in in SEA. Every night they organize something and they also do bicycle tours and street food tours. Staff is amazing, good facilities, delicious breakfast, etc. Highly recommended!

The best hostel! I booked a private room and it was perfect stay! I wanted to meet people and it was also perfect! I met so many nice people there and this hostel provide everyday event so you can meet many nice travellers and I loved the food tour. New Year's Eve was my birthday and the staff did a surprise cake present for me and it was one of the best memories from my trip this time! You can also book some tours from here with reasonable price and I also asked for the bus to Da Nang airport! Thank you so much and I enjoyed my stay in Hoi An! xx.

You feel like in a backpackers hostel in Europe. Free map, good info, well oiled organisation, clean dorms, large common area, great activities. Highly recommand the bike tour. Breakfast buffet, very appreciated. All in all, best deal for backpackers in town, in my opinion.

I stayed at Tribee Kinh on Monday of this week to Thursday morning. I was so happy with the service, hospitality and kindness the staff at Tribee showed me I felt I had to write this review as soon as possible. The hostel facilities themselves were brilliant. The dorms were clean and well ventilated. The hostel also offer a lot of fun free tours and activities from night to night. But the staff at this hostel made my stay what it was. On my first night I came down with an infection resulting from a nasty bite (still not sure what :S). I was quite distressed and didn't know Hoi An at all, and so the receptionist kindly offered to take me to the hospital herself, despite the fact it went above and beyond her call of duty to do this. Overall, the location, atmosphere and facilities paired with the attentive, helpful and wonderful staff makes Tribee the best hostel I've stayed at in Vietnam so far. Lovely hostel and lovely people.

Love this place. The staff is so nice and helpful, they really want you to enjoy your stay. Very social atmosphere. Cheap beer and fun table games so every night people were drinking and hanging out in the common area. The free spring roll demonstration is AMAZING and delicious. Clean, hot showers (not lukewarm like a lot of places), good food. The only negative for me was the pub crawl only goes to very touristy bars with more expensive beer and spring-break vibes. But otherwise everything excellent.

Best place. Social and chilled out. Lots of activities and in a perfect location for old town. Great breakfasts and really clean and relaxed. Would stay here again 100%. Only problem was free beer wasn't the best — but it's free so it doesn't matter! Also spring roll making class which was fantastic.

The staff is fantastically helpfull and kind, and there are a lot free activities, fx spring roll class and street food tour. Perfect for solo travellers. The location is great, too.

One of the easiest hostels to meet fellow travelers. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, fun activities every night, free breakfast (pretty basic though). They also have motorbikes for hire. They blast loud music downstairs until 10pm, but after that it's officially quiet time. Most people head out on the bar crawl at that point anyways. Had a great time here and highly recommend it.

Great budge place to stay in Hoi An, can meet other travelers and socialize over a few beers or rum and coke for free depending the day you are staying.

It's ok. More expensive than a homestay dorm. Bathrooms have serious mold issues and only half of the beds in my room had lockers. The staff had no lockers for me even after I asked. Left after one night.

Good vibe in the common room. Breakfast is free which is great, and the Wi-Fi is good. We had a double room and the bed was small and quite plain. The shower was warm though.

Everything was very well until the morning of departure where I found that one had stolen from me 2 pairs of sunglasses and my cigars burmese. I spoke with a person in charge of the place and I'm still waiting, a week later, a follow-up of actions taken to resolve this issue.

I stayed here twice in a private room which was clean with ensuite bathroom. Staff very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Great hostel! Staff are friendly and helpful, great atmosphere. The breakfast is very filling and there is something to do every night. Rooms are spotless and beds are comfy. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.
