Centrally located and extremely helpful staff. Loved the simple breakfast consisting of great local foods. Quick walk to most of the city's attractions.

Unfortunately, there is no Pool for a Hotel of this price class. Otherwise, super. Good location and spacious rooms. To recommend for two or three nights in Ho Chi Minh.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Excellent location being close to district 1 and the war museum. Great staff and laundry service.

Not being able to speak vietnamese in vietnam is not a problem! Reception staff were super friendly and spoke english very well! Rooms were very clean, had daily room service, included a safe, complimentary drinks (tea, coffee, water), and complimentary breakfast on level 8 is from 6.30am to 9am only. We rented scooters from them to zoom around ho chi min city as it was a lot more convenient. Very convenient location, and very helpful advice on local eats and places to visit. Highly recommended place to stay.

My family of 6 spent several nights at this hotel — one unplanned night, booked at the last minute, and then another 3 planned nights. We hated leaving because the hotel staff made us feel like family. Location is amazing. We were able to walk to many places. Right next door is a great coffee and banh mi shop. Across the street is a huge park that has exercise equipment. Ben Thanh market is less than a 10 minute walk away. Atmosphere is unbeatable. There was always someone at the front to open the door for us and ask if we needed a taxi. The hotel was able to easily accommodate us for our unplanned additional night, and even offered us options to check-out late, since we had a late flight out. The complimentary buffet breakfast was probably one of the best meals that we had in Saigon. They offer a huge variety of not only Vietnamese cuisine, but also American cuisine to satisfy any palette. Our hotel room was the cleanest we had of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Fully stocked with a kitchen, mini bar, and all the basic hygiene essentials. We also did not have to worry about the security of our belongings when we left our room unattended. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Genuine, truly wanting to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They speak English and Vietnamese and are very knowledgeable about the city if you need any tips on where to eat or go.

But breakfast is less selective, quite a pity! The neighborhood was noisy.

Now there are decoration sites, the morning also someone to do sports, unless you are 9:00 every day before going out, otherwise do not recommend stay but breakfast and location is good, the room is very clean, breakfast good choice of a lot of.

Hotel nice but not what they said on internet. No pool to be found and the gym is actually in the local park all outdoor equipment. The rooms clean and tidy. We asked for a room with a terrace but none to be found again. Internet advertisment not totally honest. Have a great door man Johnny who will help with everything. Breakfast nice. Generally a nice but check if you are wanting the pool and gym. We were only here for a week so made do but any longer I think you would want that extra.

2bed room family appartment is not bad and clean room. But walking distance to shopping mall is far away.

Great spacious apartment with good views of the city, we had the top floor. Buffet was okay could be improved manager not very good. Service was very good at check in and check out and doorman was nice. The laundry service was good as they charge per kilo and was fast.

Great service and very clean room and restroom! They also offer free to the airport service when checking out, free breakfast and afternoon tea which is amazing! Love the ginger water on the 8th floor's restaurant. Had a good experience here, hope you will have too!

I can cook for me. Go to market and try to cook starbucks and korean restaurant and japan restaurant is located arounded ^^

Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here, we had two separate apartments for 6 nights Thank you to all the staff.

Rooms are cozy but kitchens are under equipped. Ongoing construction beside the apartment also stinks up the toilet in the room.

Excellent position … only downer for us was no pool — however has sensational restaurant and bar on 8th floor with balcony — food was pretty damn good too. Wonderful staff and would def stay again :)

Located in a very central district 1. Giant apartments are best place for tourists and businesspeople. High-speed Wi-Fi, very clean apartment, hospitable staffs, excellent breakfast. Home away from home.

Great location. The double bedroom apartment is very nice, but not for 2 adult couples because the wall to the small room isn't really a wall and let's Everyone se in from the living room.
