The accommodations provides a 24-hour front desk that would rudely talk over you, a non-functioning pool that you will only find out once you get there, and an incredibly painful refunding process. Only at La Casita will you be treated with disrespect. Enjoy your stay! Sarcasm aside, here's my story… I was so excited to have a staycation at this seemingly lovely boutique hotel but when I called to ask them about checking in, the manager, FRANCIS GARSON, said that the pool was not working. The page didn't disclose that information which I thought was misleading. So I said, alright well that's a huge criteria for me in choosing your hotel so he encouraged me to cancel my reservation. I checked Hotels. Com to do so but I saw that it was a non-refundable reservation, I hesitated and called Francis again but he assured me that it's alright, I will get 100% refunded. So, I cancelled it on the website. After a few days of not receiving any confirmation of refund, I began getting worried. Francis said he cannot do anything about it anymore. I called HOTELS. Com hotline, the representative said they have not received any request from La Casita and so they offered to initiate the refund themselves. A few weeks has passed, I wasn't getting any updates, wasn't getting any replies. Called Francis again, this time, he was just plain rude, wasn't letting me finish talking, kept telling me he can't do anything any more even though he was so sure that I will get my refund in the beginning.

Yes this is what you need in the middle of busy Saigon. Staff are helpful and relaxed. Reasonably priced. Would come back for more! Love it.

Francis Garson is front desk concierge and very impolite. Works with customers but absolutely does not know the definition of customer service. I recommend that Francis Garson rather work with animals instead of people because only animals will tolerate this level of imbecile behaviour.
