I stay here most times when I come to saigon. Its a very nice place. Off the main strip but close enough to walk.

We booked 2 nights, the bed was comfortable and aircon working well. Wi-Fi was very good. The toilet was very small and the shower almost right up to the sink and the WC, with a small hole on the ground to drain water. Basically, after having had a shower, you couldn't use the bathroom anymore without getting wet everywhere. The breakfast was very poor and the person apparently in charge of it was sitting on a couch playing with the phone, not even taking a look at us. The staff in general could be more welcoming.

Located in District 1 of HCMC. Very average hotel for very average price. Rooms are clean and quite. Staff is as helpful as everywhere in Vietnam (which is almost none). They offer very mediocre breakfast (fried egg, coffee, juice and some vegetables and bread). Main advantage it is close to all the bus companies.

The staff is nice. There was no theft. Friendly, smiling people. Happy to go to the contact. Breakfast at the hotel.

Cheap but good hotel. The position is right on thr center ò Ho Chi Minh city, convinience for hanging out around the city.

What I liked about the management is their diligent upkeep of the room. Mattress is regularly replaced, toiletries replenished. What I did not like much was the stench of the water in the bathroom. Not sure if it was just me.

Location quite good, service could be better not good English, room beds offer plenty of space with operations.

The location is more or less, the type of hotel is in the right kind of street trade, if it can be called, immediately and will not find. The room is small 5 * 5 m, toilet and shower is on this hostel with shared shower and toilet. The skazali"net of the toilet was very bad and the front desk was surprised, but it was a problem. " There is a TV, but there are no Russian channels, almost all 65 local. There is no safe in the room, but there is a wardrobe with keys! Towels were given 2 PCs.

Very hepfull English speaking staff. Clean rooms up to date from 360000d a night in a location close to the city and markets with local food just outside the door secure parking for bikes and cars down stairs.

Basic rooms, but cheap and cheerful. Very friendly reception and they arranged our flights to Nha Trang with ease.

For 2 years, the hotel has deteriorated a lot, obviously, no maintenance of the building, the walls testify to the leaks of the upper floors, the damage is concealed in a grotesque way … the mattresses are smashed, the plumbing leaks, the front desk staff is welcoming breakfast is ok but the price of the rooms has not changed.

If you feel like a dirty room, in which the air conditioner has a great chance of not working, with a bonus mold ceiling and insect invasion, all held by a team basically poorly polished, at the edge of aggression, this Hotel is for you.

As of the time of this posting, it was the best value in town. Clean, safe and it was away from the crazy night life scene. Yet only a 5 minutes walk to many convenient places.

Inierier dark, not quite that. What's in the photo. Overall OK. The linen is clean but not supper pillows. The water pressure is good. Strong hearing. If you come to spend the night. That's the norm. Close to the building market.

Good one. Very small bathroom and crt type TV are the shortcomings. Since, it is located in the district 1 and nearer to Saigon central market this one makes a good budget hotel. Decent and not pricey.

Spacious double room with good facilities at a competitive price. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Rooms were nothing like the pictures online. There were warnings on the walls in the lobby about theft. My room door was faulty and there was was no safe inside.

Never ever EVER stay here. It was absolutely DISGUSTING! I've stayed in many Asian countries and this by far was the most disgusting hostel/hotel in any Asian country, I've been. I arrived late and was greeted by a rude man who really didn't care; then I walked into the room. The bed made me itchy, the bathroom was putrid, the room was filty and the smell was overwhelming! I didn't even bother to stay, it was that bad. I'm just posting this as a warning to other travellers, it is NOT worth it. I still can't shake how disgusting that place is. Then to top it off, they charged me for the night! I've already put complaints into Agoda. Take the warning or not, but be wary.

Good if you're a budget traveller. I've seen many negative reviews for this place but it's actually not that bad. It's affordable, safe and most importantly, the receptionist is helpful and able to communicate in English.

No bathroom window but the bed was decent. If you like average I would recommend it.

Fair Price & Good Service.

I stayed in the dorm room. Light and/or fan are broken in some capsules. They need to fix it. The Wi-Fi inside the dorm room is really weak. That's why I give 3 star only. It's a good located hotel. It's one of the cheapest. Don't expect too much.

Bad service! Terrible breakfast and staff's attitude!

Good motorbike parking. The room is good value for money but the tap on the kitchenette sink is totalled and needs to be replaced. The small refrigerator doesn't work either and the toilet flush handle is broken and falls off after a couple of flushes. The room is spacious however and the staff helpful. The eateries in the immediate area are mediocre, one is better off to walk up to Ben Thanh Market and eat in there or go around to the east side of the market to the street good court.

Is ok. I probably would be back if I go to HCMC again.

Friendly staff, Wi-Fi in all the rooms, rooms are nice and clean. 10 min walk from backpackers area. And 5 min drive from a couple of main tourists spots.

This place was good value for a one night stay. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the backpacker area, which isn't too bad, but there isn't much else nearby so expect to be making that walk several times. The rooms are spartan, and the beds aren't all that great, but it was dark and quiet, so I slept really well.

Cheap place to stay in Hoh Chi Minh. Very friendly English-speaking staff who are willing to help. Our room was quite spacious and clean but be aware of the hard matresses and have some earplugs ready for the noisy street!

Very good room with bathroom and gtsnde. In addition breakfast included which is not very abundant but good is fine.

I booked the wrong dates online and called the staff immediately to change it and she agreed. But upon arrival they told me that they were full and that there's no choice. They didn't even bother listening to my explanation. The redeeming factor was that they offered another hotel of the same price (which was actually lower in the end) and the staff drove me over to the new hotel on his motorbike.

2 star hotel with helpful staff. There are elevator, underground parking and luggage storage. Take double room based on location and price. The room was clean. Cons-no fridge location and close rooms (bookings indicated number 20, 15).
