➜ Poor service, the hotel dirty, the waiter is not polite, and we received 180, 000D said to take a bus to the airport. In the end they ate the money as if it were nothing!

We order by using Traveloka via internet a week before went there. He hotel has 6 floors and Ground floor. Beside and in front there so many saloon and food stall. At night the costumer eat outside. We get bedroom at 6 floor so, we always used elevator. Free laundry, a person 2 clothes. The hotel always has guard means open for 24 hours. So whenever we get back even at midnight, the still waiting us. Has baggage storages. Got breakfast, we can choose the nenu and the prepared it fastly.

I agree with the majority of the reviews here. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly etc. But the thing that bothered me the most was their internet, it’s so slow it took me 12 minutes to even start writing this review because the page wouldn’t load at all. I have to disconnect from the Wi-Fi multiple times in order for it to work under a few minutes and then redo the process again. Even after I told a staff that the Wi-Fi was slow and they fixed it, it worked a night and then it became slow again. I give it 2 stars because of the internet.
