Great location and hotel, room was very comfortable and staff helpful and polite. Restaurant is good and breakfast was great. There's a good grill at the end of the street and a pharmacy 3 blocks away with english speaking (of sorts) staff. TV with many channels and a decent amount of those are in english.

Great hotel… pity that a huge tower in works ruins the view from the pool and there is noise (works) very late and even at night…

The service is very poor. The counter staff asked two addresses. They just say take a taxi to ask them.
Just tell me at my request. The room was clean and poor. The slate of the bathing-place was scarcely brushed.
Very afraid of being infected. Towel rags.
The sheets are very old. In a room of four people, only two cans of water are needed.
It's the same several times.
Because the tap is yellow and dare not drink. Breakfast is not worth it.
There's nothing to eat. The elevator was tattered without handling.
I don't know who is managing.
The noise is really noisy. The only thing to be commended for is the high quality of breakfast service staff. The price is below 100 dollars. Less than a small hotel than Poor service. Counter staff asked twice address. Only to take a taxi to ask them.
     Tell me at my request. Poor Room Cleaning. Bathing at the stone almost no brush.
   Fear of infection. Towel broken.
  Very old sheets. Four people live in water to only take two cans.
   A few times are the same.
  Because tap water is yellow, not drinkable. Breakfast is not worth it.
  Not tasty. Elevator junk not dealt with.
I really don't know who managing. The noise is really noisy the ' only commendable ' is the ' high quality of ' breakfast service staff and the price below $100. Not as good as a small hotel.

Nice 4 star hotel — just what you would expect. Front office poor English for this rated hotel and could smile sometimes. Otherwise bars, porters etc good, friendly service. For around $100 (US) price reasonable.

Great location with small 5 minute walk to the main area of Ho Chi Minh. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The travel guide especially is very helpful. Only issue is the loud construction site across the road, but that is not the hotels fault. As of December 2017 the construction across the road still had maybe a year to go by the looks.

I would rate this hotel like 3+ stars. I was welcomed warm and staff was helpfull and was giving me good advices during my stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Same time, noise isolation was not good to protect from a corridor noise. And the issue was doubled by construction noise which was coming from opposite side of the street since 7am. Hope it will be gone in 1Y. Strong side is diverse, solid and testy breakfast. Also, it is very good location in the center in walking proximity of pedestrian street and many shopping places.

Very nice amenities. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet with international flavors. Not enough light in the bathroom though. Also don't understand the idea of glass wall to the bathroom that seems prevalent in Asia higher end hotels.

Good hotel in Saigon, in a central area and so very convenient to visit a small part of this huge city, and ' ' surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable but not the ones on the outside because of the annoying noises. Good breakfast with a variety of foods satisfying.

As everywhere else in Vietnam, the service is very good and very friendly. Rich breakfast. Unfortunately, the windows are in no way soundproof — noise from the opposite construction site and from the road disturbs a lot. If you take a shower, you can't avoid that the bathroom is flooded. Outlets are sometimes unusable.

Todi bien. Piscina pequeña pero con vistas en el piso 12. Lastima de los ruidos de una construcción cercana.

First night so far… rooms are small, too many remotes and one of the TV remote doesn't work, the towels are old and scratchy and this isn't the hotels fault but the construction in Vietnam is 24hrs a day so its 10:30pm and they are working away on a new construction. It sounds like it's just next door but it's a block or so away. I would personally not stay here again.

Extremely poor lighting in the rooms. Terrible sound-proofing especially when HUGE construction is going on next door every night until 2am. Really bad. Rooms must be half price right now. Would not recommend unless you get in after 2am and never need to see anything in your room at night. Also, we requested a single bed, and they gave us two. Nice!

The hotel is in a very good old town location and the excellent hotel.

Expensive compared to what you get. And they are not very serviceminded. Take any other hotel, Saigon is a very cool place to be. But not go for this hotel just because the entrance look good.

Very nice and modern hotel. Clean rooms with hot water. You get 2 complementary bottles of water each day.

Staff was great and the place was well located. It reminded me of orbs they seek at the market. They look good until you look closely. Things are poorly built. No sound proofing in the room for instance. Hard to sleep because of noise.

It's a beautiful hotel located right in heart of Saigon. Staffs are very nice as well as reasonable price. I like it and I'll be back once day.
