A luxury resort with many big villas. Feel great. Had a good time with my family. Hope to return next time.

I spent a night here with my family, an I am kind of disappointed with the service. I hope the management see my review:
1. Check-in process and guest staying policy. For the price of $400/night, there are too many of policies to make guest feel frustrated and inconvenient. I have to give the front desk one different photo ID for every one guest come to visit me at the resort. And I have to take the cart from my villa to go back to the reception office to sign the documents, every single time there s someone come to visit me.
2. Staffs are not trained enough about resort’s policies, doesn’t inform me correctly about services. I came to the buffet breakfast but I choose Ala carte instead of buffet, and the staffs told me I can not order from Ala Carte menu, only from Buffet list. After I talked to the restaurant leader, turnt out that the staff was wrong.
3. Rooms and facilities don't really impress me at that price.
4. Last but not least: I paid a high price to relax and feel comfortable at the resort, but instead my whole family are very unhappy. Seems like the staffs try to frustrate us with tons of policies and restrictions, rather than serve us.

My family stayed in a 4 bed room villa and a 2 bed room villa on the summer of 2019. It was excellent! I love its convenient position with fresh air and the kids loved the big kid club so much :)

Beautiful resort, helpful employee, good food, ample swimming pool.

Nice and relaxing stay at this resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Villas are spacious and a bit outdated but the resort is undergoing renovations in phases. Breakfast has a good variety of choices: Western, local and Korean.

One of best family holiday place we have ever been, so family friendly, peaceful and beautiful surroundings, very good service from village team. Highly recommend to friends & family, definitely will visit again.

Perfect beachside spot. Umbrellas & chairs are available for guests. The pool has a cafe & bar which is great for days outside.

Amazing location with spectacular grounds. Beautiful very large villas with modern style are well built and kept clean as new. The landscape is gorgeously cut and clean down to the very last detail. The short walk to the huge swimming pool right next to the beach is a breeze. Super nice beach with stunning views. This is my new favorite family vacation destination. I'm in heaven here especially after a great massage at the spa. I love it!

The staff was kind and nice. The food is delicious. The facility was clean and good. It is a resort where you can make beautiful memories. Next time I want to visit again. I would like to recommend this place to my friends.

Love this resort, and love Danang! The suites are awesome but it's the people and service that makes this resort a pure pleasure. We came from Hanoi which we certainly appreciate for its history, but this city has a totally modern flair to it. I personally love it here and would have no problem spending more time here. Highly recommended!

The resort looks massive from aerial view, but in fact is compact and easy to walk although there is a buggy service available. The chalets we rented was high level quality, fixtures and fittings, spacious with private pool. The main pool on the beach is superb, the pool bar serves serves “comfort food” all day. During our stay there was a DJ and this gave an “alive” atmosphere. The Lemongrass on site restaurant is quiet for a reason, avoid at all cost. The seafood restaurant, on Saturday evening have a bonanza buffet and is well worth it, arrive before 19h00 and get 20% off. Friday evening at the main pool there is a semi international buffet, arrive before 19h00 for 20% off as well. Good value / choice and well worth it. The beach was good for Vietnam standard, with beach service and water sports on offer. We could not try this, due to bad weather. The staff is supercharged to give good service, well aware of their TA achievement. Ms Diem, our liaison contact, gave superb service, offering her private cell number for What’sApp should we require assistance, anytime. Great resort, private with dining options just opposite to the complex. Especially good for families…

Beautiful, Luxurious & Comfortable Places to appreciate the Beach of My An — Da Nang City in Vietnam's East Coast!

The best pool! and~ great view! and nice weather.

Quiet and comfortable villa Each villa has a beautiful garden. Staffs are kind and they speak English fluently. But the smell of the living room on the first floor is not good in the villa. Mique beach is in front of the village, but the waves are high so it is not suitable for swimming. advantage When the weather is cold, extra blanket are offered from the front desk. Going out is the seaside, just a 10-15-minute drive from the city. The family Villa all have a swimming pool and can park. Each room is accompanied by a bathroom, spacious and comfortable, perfect for family vacations.

Our villa was spacious and located in a convenient location, central to the restaurants, main lobby, kids club and spa. We had a personal consultant who cane to our villa after check in to help organize tours, schedule spa appointments and answer any questions we had. Thank you, The in villa bbq was wonderful, although a lot of food for 3 people (probably could have fed 4 easily). We had a wonderful stay away from home!

Its been two days here and two more nights to go. 4 room villa with a pool and grass garden. Well organised resort with nice beach. Super friendly helpful staffs too.

Very nice place n villas are beautiful. Very good for families, friends n even company stay. Great opportunity to spend time together when staying in the same villa. Comfortable rooms. Good spread of breakfast buffet at both restaurants. Poor buggy service though as I had to remind several times before I got mine. Buggies do not respond to hailing which is a little inefficient.

Cozy place for family trip, the resort has a private beach, they do a great job for customer service, really helpful and warm staff. Our first villa was smelly, they helped us change to the other one.

Pros:
1. Good accessibility as it is the first one in the chain of resorts along the beach from the city centre
2. Good beachfront location that was not very crowded
3. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the resort … Cons:
1. The whole place looks like it could benefit from some renovation and better upkeep.
2. The private pool was disappointingly small, and apparently not cleaned regularly enough. Also, it was not really that "private" for my villa.
3. Electric buses are not well mobilised during peak hours so waiting time is quite long. Some electric bus drivers were even rude.
4. Breakfast was mediocre. I also spotted some flies around a bowl of salad in the first morning of the stay.
5. Breakfast restaurants need an upgrade in terms of capacity to cope with a large influx of guests. Our group had to have breakfast in the terrace outside the air-conditioned area in this scorching hot weather.
6. There were not enough bikes for rent. Again, a matter of capacity.
7. Some appliances inside the villa did not function properly and required repairing.

US style Resort. Phenomenal modern houses with great facilities. Pool and beach are great. Could be anywhere in the world though.

Loved the place. Great location, very close to the beach, has it own big swimming pool which I enjoyed a lot. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can rent bicycles (with no fee, just sign your name/villa's number to guarantee a return of the bike afterwards) to ride around and enjoy the view. Rooms in villa is big and well furnished. Great food variety. Gym is free, spa is with a fee. Place is best to experience with family and friends.

Private, clean, nice staff, international breakfast with local special everyday. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms villa with private swimming pool. Great experience!

Came here via Novotel's shuttle service from the Novotel Da Nang in the city centre, to enjoy the beach. A great choice to just enjoy whole day at the beach. Perfect place to enjoy the beach and pool in Da Nang. It's not crowded, and the view is awesome. Life guards are attentive, and the service of the restaurant itself is very amazing.

Take 'jobs worthness' to a whole new level. Won't even let non guests walk along the beach in the shade of their palm trees.

Hotel was excellent. We've been there for 3 days and it was the best hotel we i've been.

Incredibly beautiful and all designed. Staff is cordial, polite, great listening skills. Baristors are good. Prices are too high. Food is good, all laid out, plentiful. Quiet. Smoking is illegal indoors and outdoors in Vietnam. Communist party decreed that it sets a bad example for the people. Two tables have been established outside the front door for smoking. Location is unpleasant, discouraging illegal smoking. Elsewhere, no smoking. Policies have established for large groups. A couple of months ago, Chinese tourists are actually tearing up their bills. The chairman has put a stop to many Chinese offenses. Danang chairman is the most respected, best liked, most powerful in Vietnam. I also like the chairman. Why can't be enforce his own no smoking laws and communist decrees? You stop at the front gate and take a nice cart ride to the restaurant. Music is pleasant. If you like quality wines, not here. Best that you bring your own. If you do not know the difference, the restaurant has wine. Very very impressed with the quality of the staff. 5 star requires respecting of the countries laws and protecting their guests which includes the laws and communist decrees forbidding smoking, even the dirty, loud Chinese.

낮에 풀에 가는 동안 지갑을 락커에 넣지 않고 돌아와 보니 세개의 지갑에서 5만원씩 10만원과 100불이 없어져 있었어요. 총 20만원. 쓸일이 없어 금액을 확실히 아는데 직원은 우리에게 진짜 없어진 거 맞냐고 되려 의심하고 자기 직원은 절대 그럴일 없다고. 경찰 부르라고 일이 복잡해질텐데 부르려면 불러라 그밖에 자기는 해줄게 없다고 책임 회피나 하고 최악의 서비스네요. 가능하면 다른 리조트 가시거나 여기 꼭 오셔야 하는 한국인분들 꼭 금액 확인하고 사진찍고 락커에 넣으세요. 정말 최악이네요. I had to leave this review so the others don't go thru something like this. We left wallets in each bedrooms unattended for 4 hours and each wallets lost 50 to 100 USD (total of 200USD). The chief of security came along with cleaning people but they insist they are clean. He said we can call the police, but the things will be complicated. I booked this villa because this is 5 star and part of Accor but this is less then 1 star. Avoid this villa, if cannot, never leave any cash outside the safe box.

This resort was absolutely magnificent. My friends and I described it as simply, paradise. The villas are brand new, beautiful, commodious and very clean. They feature everything you could ever want. The grounds are kept immaculately. The price is very fair for the spectacular accommodations. The pools are beautiful (and they're everywhere, even at the restaurants! ). My only complaint is on the soft product. The staff struggles pretty universally with English. They are not particularly helpful, and at times almost seem to ignore you. There is very little initiative taken ("May I get you another drink? "), and when you finally get their attention, they just aren't very helpful or seem disinterested. Some were very nice, but on the whole, I found the service quite lacking. Considering that the resort wasn't very crowded during our stay, this was even more disappointing. I have relatively little experience with Accor, but extensive experience with both French and other Western large luxury chains. I found this to be noticeably below par. We did have a private BBQ at our villa (despite the three calls it took to the room service department to schedule it, because they couldn't understand what I was saying), and it was magnificent! They served us 15 (! ) courses, and stuffed us to the gills. They were also exceptionally attentive, which was different than most of the staff at the resort. The food at drinks at the restaurants were tasty and reasonably priced.

Beautifully situated along the pristine My Khe Beach and conveniently located close to Danang city.
