Nice experience! The room is good, quite small the heated pool, the other great! We'll be back as soon as the outdoor pool is enabled!

I do not recommend, do not keep the protocols in the pool closed as you are told, impossible to use, always full of people, I saw up to 12 people when what you are told when you arrive is maximum 5 people.
The bathroom in the room was deastrous and the Wi-Fi never walked.

Muy buena ubicación, a metros de la playa. Buena atención. La habitación cómoda y comfortable, muy buena la calefacción. Los espacios adecuados y con buena higiene. El desayuno acorde al precio. La zona de spa y piscinas aceptable, la piscina climatizada es chica para tantos huéspedes. En general buena relación calidad precio.

For being a hotel that has its years is good. Excellent location. Very nice pools, the hot water should be more hygienic because on the upper edge of the water and the edge the pool was very dirty. Excellent staff attention. Room furniture is not modern but OK. Hygiene of the regular room in the wall of the shower where it supports the baluster of the curtain as it does not have screen, was All Black the wall XQ it is seen that when changing the curtain that was spotless dirty the wall of black and never cleaned. The shower phone both where the place and the flexible, were never cleaned like the metal cover that covers the toilet paper. Spotless towels both in the room and in the pool. Very poor breakfast, before they put 2 or 3 different types of cakes, this time none. There is nothing to be no fruit and no flavored yogurt for diabetics. Before it was more complete the breakfast and on Monday they put the cakes that were leftover from Sunday as they were not fresh, they were dry and hard. The Calidda-price ratio is not bad, but I think there is a missing manager who passes x each side and every room and notice what is wrong. In the administration the attention is to be highlighted.

Very nice hotel with good spaces. Breakfast is buffet, a few years ago I had more varieties and it was better. These days this service has been deserved.

The best is the location, and Q is stuck to the sea and very close to the center and fingers. The pool is good and the staff is excellent. The room facing the sea has good view. But don't ask for luxuries about the facilities.

Hotel in excellent location! Very nice but lacking in maintenance and not so clean, we had to ask for general housekeeping. It was spotless, but we had already passed the bad experience… a shame. For the rate it really has no relation to the service… The breakfast buffet does not have a great variety but not bad. It has a swimming pool now on the outside and another heated smaller with jacuzzi.
It's a shame, it could be a 5 * I can those details ruin it.

The best location. The staff friendly and always willing. Rooms clean and comfortable and the pools and outside areas give you the urge to or out of the hotel! I highly recommend him without hesitation!

Nice comfortable hotel. Well located. Rooms are small but comfortable. Very good attention. Very nice pools and cared for hot and cold. They should have better the gym renovate it and they could reach 5 stars.

Good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you want to spend a few days rest in Punta del Este.

The only thing I have to say is that we didn't have hot water to bathe in, the rest excellent!

Excellent Hotel, the staff very friendly, the service is good. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very comfortable. This hotel has a swimming pool heated with Jacuzzi, is very cute and it good is that it has open to them 11 of the night.

A hotel to recommend great location 25 metres from gorlero Avenue and the Englishmen beach. Outstanding quality service.

The officials serve very well, with much hospitality but the rooms had a smell ugly. Not is expensive.

I was hosted between Tuesday 2 and Thursday 4 February. 10 points all, very grateful to all the staff, from receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff and cooks. Very good location and excellent facilities. Highly recommended and hope to return soon. Joaquin and Agustina.
