Nice clean rooms, good staff and a beefeater restaurant that serves some extremely tasty meals.

Breakfast was great too. Loads of parking space.

Best Premier Inn I stayed in and I have stayed in so many. Reception staff are really friendly helpful even offered to help carry our cases. Would highly recommend. Rooms are spotless and larger than most. So glad we chose this and will definitely use again x.

Very friendly welcome and great service. Immaculate and well appointed room. Adjoining Beefeater restaurant provided excellent service too; dinner and breakfast were great and staff excellent. Plenty of parking and a good easy access location.

Rooms very hot at the minute but fans provided. So either relatively cool with noise from fan or road near hotel. Alternatively too hot and can't sleep — catch 22

Stayed here for the bank holiday weekend 26th/28th May. Room 47 was great, totally quiet but without a view but that didn't bother us as were not in the room all day. It was very clean and the bed was fabulous as always with the premier inn. The breakfast that is served in the beefeater was a bit hit and miss it was served cold on our first morning with rock hard poached eggs and all items except the egg were very underdone (microwaved) and this morning the food was good but with a very undercooked fried egg! But then also ive stayed in more expensive hotels and had worse. We will be visiting this premier inn again soon.

Standard premier Inn. Has a beefeater attached which is good value for money and also a pub with a decent outside space.

We were very impressed with your staff we had been staying Friday night our family joined us and the lady on duty admitted them early into their room this was brilliant as we were attending a family wedding thank you very much.

OK, nothing more. Premier Inns seem to be overpriced nowadays but this one is as you'd expect — clean, functional, reasonable amount of free, on-site parking. The attached Beefeater is clean and fine, and the breakfasts particularly are very good. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, basic but very comfortable room, a really pleasant stay — far superior to a similarly priced Travelodge. Their marketing about their comfy beds is no lie, I've slept in 4 star hotels whose beds were like slabs of concrete in comparison! Only let down by the breakfast, which was on the meagre side for £9, especially for someone that's as fussy an eater as me. Decent quality food though. Would happily stay again.

As always premier inns are always nice! The room was comfortable and the food and drink not to expensive. The staff was nice and friendly and the hotel is well positioned for other necessities!

Juan our waiter was superb very attentive and food was very good 100% better than last visit where it was dismal. Last November our first but not last visit since.

First impressions when visiting this restaurant it seemed very cosy and quiet for lunchtime the service was marvelous both my wife and myself ordered fish and chips and a starter, the fish and chips was ok slightly over cooked for my taste and my wife's taste overall it wasn't bad the reason for 4 stars was because window sills and blinds were very dusty, crumbs and bits of food on the floor, although I will say the table tops and cutlery with very clean.

It's a crash chain hotel. You know what you're going to get. Nothing more, nothing less. Staff were professional and courteous.

We often stay in premier inns and they are usually guaranteed to be clean and lovely comfortable beds for the money you pay. I have to say this one seemed to have exceptionally friendly staff both in the hotel and the beefeater restaurant which was lovely.

Wonderful Brewers Fayre pub restaurant, with an impressive menu of steak options including a mixed grill to challenge even the hardiest of stomachs. Team of young staff were friendly, although after a certain point in the evening they were more concerned with laying out the tables for breakfast than taking our payment. I would definitely go again for good pub grub.

My first impressions were a bit rocky on the first night but I put that down do begin short staffed and After speaking to a manager it was quickly dealt with. From the 2nd night onwards my stay was pretty good! The staff were so friendly and the food in the restaurant was lovely! And I must say that the food was a high standard from day one! I was here on business so I was on my own, but was comfortable to eat on my own in the restaurant and wasn't penalised for taking a table to myself, the premier inn staff always said hello and we're a welcome face in the morning and after work, I also left my bracelet here on my last morning, and noticed about an hour after I left, I rang the service desk and it was delivered to my home address. It was an 18th birthday present and very sentimental to me, they could have lied and kept it but they didn't! So thankyou again for making my stay a pleasant on.

Had a family lunch in the restaurant. Food was served quickly and hot and fresh. Service was friendly and efficient.

Clean and very well presented hotel. No complaints other than there was no air conditioning which made for an uncomfortable sleep with baby.

Premier Inn is like most others. But has a great beefeater next door. Really good food reasonably priced would definitely recommend to people. Chicken and ribs combo is great!

Room was nice and clean. Food was good. Only issue that one night when we arrived back the cleaners had open the window and forgot to close it. It was freezing!

The hotel has lots of special offers. One of the offer was that they have free stay for kids! Another offer was that it has free meal (breakfast) in the brewer's frayr when you stay. The primier inn also has comfortable beds and good TVs. They also have free tea bags and coffee pouder if you would normally drink tea or coffee. The toilets are great. They also have free room service. If you don't want it you can keep a tag on the knob of you are busy and don't want to be disturbed.

Great hotel. Shame the food is serviced by the accompanying Beefeater, which is awful. Lousy service — they started cleaning before we'd been served our food!

Lovely big family suite. Lovely big TV. Bed so so big and comfy. Our 1 year old loved it so much he slept in the next more. Great staff and great breakfast. Will be staying here again.
