⭐️⭐️⭐️❌❌ 3/5 stars For a wedding Venue! Yes 100% as that part of the building is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful. For your wedding party to pay and stay 100% NOT! We as a family of 3 travelled from Plymouth (29th) to attend a wedding on the 30th. The day before we had to stay at the Elsewhere as the Ravenswood said they couldn’t allow us to stay until the day of the Wedding so we had to book into The Premier Inn in East Grinstead for the 29th, for a family room (x1 double & x1 single with ensuit) and breakfast was £62 for the night 👍🏼 The rooms there were Covid cleaned daily, everything was fresh/sealed and spotless and the breakfast was unlimited and amazing. The staff were great. We had to get ready for the at the Premier inn before check out (12:00pm) because the Ravenswood wouldn’t allow us to check in until close to 5pm on the wedding day (30th) (after the speeches) which was quite shocking considering for a family room for one night was £151! If we had been travelling from Plymouth that day for the wedding we would not of been able to get ready for the wedding and would be in travelling clothing. On finally being able to check in after 5pm we made our way to our room with our bags to be faced with a hallway full of used plates, cups, dirty tissues and linens, they had all morning to room clean! We entered the room and it was grimy and gross.
