Worst hotel experience ever! The Check in process was terrible … absolutely NO customer service because you are expected to check yourself in by computer. Don’t stay here if you aren’t a techie! Everywhere you turn from using the elevators to having an iPad for room functions, these features are going to cause you trouble! And let’s not forget the tiny rooms, no top sheet on the bed, worlds worst pillows! And to get up out of bed someone will be climbing over their partner. No coffee in the room. No parking. Nothing comfortable in the doll house sized room. Unbelievable. Never again! Just say NO — crazy waste of money!

I visited for my birthday and it was amazing. The staff and their attentiveness was great! Loved the view from the room, and the bed was soooo comfortable. I definitely plan on visiting their other locations.
