Nice view but a shame they don’t accept cash! Went there ordered a pint and was presented with the card reader but I only had cash. They said they couldn’t accept cash unless it was the exact amount but I only had a £20 note. When I asked why she said because they didn’t have a float so couldn’t give change — I mean 6pm on a busy sunny Saturday on Brighton seafront and they hadn’t made 15 quid yet? Lol. There were no signs up on the entry to the building or at the till or anywhere else notifying potential customers that it’s card payments only. I had to embarrassing ask my friend to pay on his card for the drink she’d already poured me. And to top off this wonderful experience it came in a plastic pint glass! Aside from all that the view was nice.
