First time here and wow! Very impressed! Great staff modern decor very clean, just excellent! I will be returning, highly recommend!

It’s a perfect place to stay, The staff are only wonderful and so helpful,

Taxi available in only minutes, Food is great, I have never had a breakfast like it,
I can’t remember the staff names, but it would be unfair to single out one of them, as they all must have been hand picked,

Stayed here for the wkend on 9th aug 2019 for a hen wkend there was 16 of us. Staff friendly rooms clean and very comfy and lot of choice for breakfast would definitely stay here again.

The night manager and security lad are top notch! Dealing with a noisy neighbour at 2am she was really swift and professional giving him a warning then proceeded to moving me to another lovely room! Her manner is exceptional, thank you.

Stayed here for the first time, situated by the train station, room was small but very clean, staff can't do enough for you, will definitely be back.

Just stopped of for a coffee. Grab a table or comfy sofa by a window over looking the sea, if you can, as the bar is slightly raised and gives a good view. Food looked good. I can definitely imagine staying heat next time as it's close to everything.

It does not look like much from the outside, but is definitely very cozy and comfortable on the I side. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. And the bed is super duper comfortable. The adapted room is a bit of “walk” from the lift, but otherwise on par. Oh yeah. The kids asked me to say that it’s the best hotel ever: Wi-Fi is 30mbps!

The hotel is right on the sea front it's a very moden hotel and looks very impressive when you walk into the reception area. I've stayed in the Jury's twice and enjoyed both stays. The drinks from the bar are reasonably priced for the stranded of hotel. The staff are hard working and very friendly.

Only had a one night stay but could not fault a single thing. We had a family room, room140 which was a lovely size. The view was the back of the hotel but we were not bothered. 2 double beds. Excellent cotton bedding good pillows. Beautiful spacious hotel very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff are very helpful. Hotel very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning myself.

My mother and law had a nice stay, however there was a dead insect on the bed and a massive spider in the room. Room service was very good at coming to change the sheet covers. Towels were not soft and a bit hard. The beds were lovely to sleep in. Not sure if it was worth the money paid for it as had these problems happen.

I have used jury's inn Brighton a lot over the past few years and have always loved the service, staff and feel of the place. We stayed there last night (6th April) and unfortunately our stay was ruined. We had dinner in the restaurant after almost arguing with a waitress because she didn't understand what dairy free means and had to ask for a room service menu and we weren't supplied one, we came back to our room and later on decided to order some dessert and drinks. So I called room service, reception and the restaurant for over 30 minutes and got no answer so I went down to reception to order our food. I ordered a coke, 2 bottles water, a martini, the vegan fruit and sorbet and some chocolate ice cream. Then it went down hill massively… I was called 4 times to be told they didn't have things to which they offered to take our drinks off the room service bill, brilliant. Then when our food arrived finally. The vegan fruit had cream all over so wasn't vegan. I called reception and told them and they said they'd replace it for us. We never got anything back not even a phone call saying they weren't going to bother replacing it for us. Unfortunately the worst stay I've had. We then went down for breakfast in the morning, as expected it was very busy.

I booked a hotel for my girlfriend and she said the hotel was nicer than what she expected. Spacious room. Decent toiletries. The only thing that would have made it better would be a robe. It's nice to have a nice shower and put on a fresh hotel robe.

I spent two nights at The Waterfront In Brighton for a wee break this week. It was just fantastic. Service was excellent; the room was beautiful, clean and so modern and comfortable; staff were so approachable, especially the concierge who advised me to visit the Marina and how to get there. Breakfast was just super. I went to relax after an illness and am so pleased I did. My niece had ordered some wine for my room and the Guest Relations Manager also left a small box of chocolates. I was thrilled by the personal touch. I will definitely go again.

Amazing hotel and not overpriced, have a good swimming pool with a nice gum. Bass comfy room slightly hot and lovely showers. They also have disabled access.

Was given a voucher for spa access and afternoon tea. Hotel lobby has lovely feel. Gym small but has what is needed. Pool, sauna and steam room, again small but clean and staff friendly. Afternoon tea, limited tea selection and coffee bland Costa coffee. Afternoon tea selection small but nice. Great views.

Modern Hotel (ISE) Trzs well plzce beachfront with incredibly comfortable beds! There is also a very nice room, open for breakfast, a gym and an indoor pool.

Jurys Inn. Friendly, obliging staff. Clean, Great for casual drinks or if you stay in the hotel. Great place for small or large conferences. Smack bang in the middle of South lanes also sea a hop, skip and jump! Parking free if staying at hotel.

Went here for a training course. The training facilities were good with plenty of tea, coffee and cakes. There could have been a slightly wider range of accompaniments with the lunch, however the food that was there was tasty. This is a much more beautiful building on the inside than it appears from the street with a huge 3 or 4 floor atrium towering over the reception/bar/restaurant area. Large windows in this and at the front facing the sea mean plenty of natural light inside.

Great experience at reception speedy check in calm environment, room comfortable decent bathroom, and nice beds, breakfast was tasty plenty of choice, heard people complaining about it being to hot, try turning the heating down! All in all a really decent hotel which was value for money, would definatley stay again, advice, always get a room at the front of a hotel if possible, you then do not get disturbed by the deliveries made in the early morning.

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. No fuss design but sleek and functional. Good power shower as well. Breakfast choice was quite good and the cooked options fresh and hot. Nice choice of hot and cold drinks — could maybe do with a bigger range of black teas. Overall a decent hotel offering unpretentious rooms and friendly service.

Nice clean big, well appointed hotel with excellent facilities. It's quiet at night in spite of being in the middle of Brighton, with wonderful sea views. Rooms are bright and comfortable and staff very helpful. Only one thing detracts from what would have been a 5 star review which was that on the evening when we planned to eat in the hotel, an event of some kind combined with the apparent arrival of a large corporate group all at once, meant that dinner seemed to be impossible to get, whether in the restaurant or via room service. Annoying at the time, but we were easily able to eat elsewhere so not such a big deal.

The staff is very friendly and the stay was very nice.

We visited for a work conference with around 100 guests. The event was well catered by attentive staff. Lunch in the main restaurant was great too. Great, central location for visitors to come together and enjoy their day by the seafront. Couldn't make any complaints, other than that the coffee wasn't great. But the coffee at the bar was supplied by Costa so you can get an ok coffee if the free stuff isn't to your taste. The room itself was a good size, tables were all taken care of and arranged for us by the venue. Equipment was also available for us and all worked fine. We would use this venue again.

Check in was speedy and smooth, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a corner room and I felt it was cold the hearing was capped on the thermometer gauge so it struggled to get to a heat that suited me. I had a shower late that night after getting soaked outside and my water struggled to get above tepid.
Se on night I came back from office at 7pm and cleaner had keft my window wide open — in November! Room was freezing! Heating seemed to be working but still took mst of the night to get to warm! Pleased to say the shower water was warmer.
Room was clean.
Bar service was friendly but very very slow.
Breakfast both mornings was fine and a small but good selection. Coffee from the machine was horrendous!
I left my case with the hotel to store. After getting my ticket for it, I left but called back 30 mins later to find my case was still sitting and very accessible if someone wanted to steal it!
My room was over £200 a night and not value for money given breakfast was another £10 per day. I'd definitely say this was nearer 3* than 4* hotel.

Excellent hotel with great friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms large with superb beds. The health club is also very nice as well. Congratulations Jurys one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I attended a Water Babies lesson with my partner. The pool found the fitness centre is very nice. The lobby area is large, open space with lots natural light. It's very nice indeed.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and more to the point extremely clean. The hotel sits it the perfect location with restaurants, bars and shops only a two minute walk away.

We went to visit the gym to see if we wanted to become members. We didn't stay at the hotel. The gym is fairly small, with limited equipment. That said it was very quiet which is a positive. It would be ideal for someone who wants to spend half an hour on a treadmill every night and not have to fight for a machine but if you are looking for a varied workout I would try elsewhere.

A nice hotel but we experienced a broken toilet and had to move rooms. Some rooms had complementary freebies while others didn't which isn't fair for example, biscuits, toiletries and water. At least we got an upgraded room with a seafront and I sat on the ledge and took some aesthetics. Some rooms charged the same amount of money but had no seafront view. The same rooms had less chairs and a smaller table. The parking wasn't explained properly and you have to leave your car in one place in case you lose your sick parking space, therefore it was useless bringing the car along. I like the chairs and the 4 fish and chip shops around it though.

Wonderful hotel. Absolutely brilliant quality, with the most stunning views. We were treated with nothing but courtesy, had our room upgraded, the facilities were great. 5 star!

A good hotel to use as a base while in Brighton. No frills, quite basic, though we did enjoy the breakfasts. No concierge, and no room service after a certain time at night. Our late night pizza the night we checked in was made by the receptionist. Disappointing.

We got a great deal on a family room which was comfortable and quite big. Great choice at breakfast and we liked the fact the kids ate breakfast free (this was excluded from the room rate for our deal). However on the second day at 7.40am I found the hot breakfast was warm rather than hot and the poached egg wasn't fully cooked. Lovely helpful staff, especially Scots Ken the concierge. Great surroundings, atmosphere and decor in the bar and dining areas, and great location for the pier, beach and shopping areas.

Great hotel. Very modern. Rooms are very nice, clean, new and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful, particularly the Night Manager Nathan (not to be confused with the spy drama on BBC). Breakfast was great too. Stone throw from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Very professional staff, great value for money and quite a nice location too (right by the main train station). However, the rooms were small and not very noise proof, and the view of the nearby car park was amazing for car enthusiasts but not so great for anyone else.

A nice comfortable hotel right next to Brighton train station. Our room was decorated brand new. It's on the expensive side for what it is, but no complaints about our stay.

About a mile walk to restaurants, good beds, manager in bar very picky over what can be eaten there. Bar staff very good about it obviously see the triviality over reading outside snacks.

Conveniently located next to Brighton railway station and boasting romantic views of the multi storey car park. A good base for a weekend visit to the city. No better or worse than many modern chain hotels. Food is quite good.

Hotel location is great! Hotel is located walking distance from the train station and from Brighton downtown. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, cabs, beach front are all walking distance form the Hotel. Hotel itself is very nice and rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is very good. I gave it a 4 star because it lacks a gym!

Nice hotel in a good location. Check in was quick with plesant staff. The room was spacious enough with a comfortable (firm) bed. Breakfast was plentiful and a good quality. Plus you could make requests for some items if they didn't have it out already.

Reasonable all round. Close to the station. Bar expensive and poor selection. Why clean the pumps at 5:30 pm? Breakfast was ok.

Staff is gentle and helpful. Food is average. It's better to eat at the closest restaurants than here. Rooms are clean but doors generate too much noise when you close them. Prices are definitely too high — 10 pounds for Wi-Fi access for just one day.

Stayed here for two nights with my family. Lovely hotel. Helpful and professional staff.

Not worth the money. Nothing good to remember.
